The British Soap Awards 2007 live- eastenders

I have just received a email from itv saying i have won tickets to the soap awards on the 26th may at the bbc television centre and my application has been successful. i am shocked i am going to meet and see the cast of eastenders live and see it live, so i will know who has won.

They said the doors open at 4.30pm and close at 5pm and they told me to bring a camera and your autograph book and things to sign as it is a red carpet event.

has anyone else on her received a phone call from itv please about the soap awards and going to see them live please or had a phone call from them please about going.

No they said the tickets straight out to you it said in the email, but they said if one member does not go, you have to tell them immediately please at itv.

I won tickets, do you get to go inside and watch the show though?

I think you do get to see the show as you must have two passes to get into see it, all the other fans will be outside and i think you might meet some of the cast of eastenders otherwise why would they ask you questions about eastenders as when i got the phone call they ask me about bradley and stacey and why i like them.

I wonder who picks you out to go to these awards, is it someone at the bbc who picks fans out or is random in a draw any ideas anyone..

I see you there at 4.30pm but i be there before that.

You get to stand out side in the cold, and watch them all arrive, and if your lucky enough to get near the front then you can get autographs and pictures, but other wise, it's really not worth it. I waited outside in the cod, and rain last year, and was right near the front of the que, and then when they let us in, they filled it with the front people at the back!! Would never do it again, much prefer to go up to the NTA's, and you can get there and wait where you like and there's more people that go to that too.

Yeah no going into the ceremony I'm affraid, and they also line you up very unfairly those at the front of the queue get told to stand at the back there were alot of arguements last year lol.

I went a couple of years ago, it was alright! Lots of pushing and shoving mind! Like dawn said if your not near the front then there really is no point! I got a call this year, and i just checked if i got the email and i did! Might take a couple of mates down for an exam break :p

I went to the soap awards and was right at the front row and have taken photos of all the cast of eastenders and got their signed autographs as well.

I have been to the soap awards on the 26th may today and have met lacey turner and charlie clements and rob kazinsky and perry fenwick and jake woods and jo joyner and emma barton and kara tointon and matt diangelo and june brown and diane pariah who plays denise and abigan duggan who plays lauren and lorna firtzgerald who plays abi on the red carpet as i was right at the front and got their signed autographs as i won tickets.

Lacey was lovely when i spoke to her and was wearing a black dress and charlie clements was the same as well when i spoke to him and he was wearing a pin stripe suit and rob was wearing a black suit. I spoke to all of them, they are lovely people and down to earth in real life.

Wait till you see it, they wore lovely clothes and frocks. I just got back half a hour ago, it was awesome to meet them all live. I asked lacey and charlie about bradders and stace getting back together and they said they hope they are going to reunite soon. I asked charlie if bradders and stace were soulmates and he said they were star crossed lovers.

I aksed diane parish about bradders and stace as soulmates, and diane agreed with me as diane said she thought bradders and stace were meant to be and she hears it everywhere she goes and she hopes they get back together as well as a couple down the line as she hears it from other fans about fans wanting to reunite bradders and stace and she told me to keep protesting as she knows fans want them back together and she agreed that they are right for each other.

I also asked jake wood and jo joyner about last nights episode and he said he enjoyed filming it and he was glad i liked it and i told them i was a big eastenders fan and they both said they enjoyed filming this thursday and fridays' episodes.

Also wendy richards was there as well, but laila morse was not there at all and neither was barbara windsor as i did not see her, derek martin was there and adam woodyatt as i spoke to him and laurie brett and got autographs from them as well.

I met the following eastenders cast and spoke to them as well and got signed personalised autographs as well and they were
