Coming up in the Square

I'm not sure when this week,i'm guessing it's next week.

Martin visits the solicitor for the reading of Pauline's will - which contains one last shock for her son. Dot sees the lad is still in a terrible state, and encourages him to get on with his life. He takes the advice, and eventually comes to a decision about his future.

Meanwhile, Carly puts increasing pressure on Kevin to reveal the secret that ripped their family apart. The pair finally disclose the horrifying skeleton in their closet - prompting Deano to deal with his shock and anger by trying to torch the car lot, before Kevin grabs his passport and leaves the Square.

Dawn and Rob share a kiss behind May's back, and Ben resolves to get rid of Stella for good, but gets caught out in his vendetta later in the week.

So then Kevin secret could be do to with him not being Deano's dad like someone mentioned before. As he takes revenage on him anyway.

Yeah, it is for next week. I read in the tv mag an article about Dawn heading off to the abortion clinic once again, then Rob asks Peggy where Dawn has gone and Peggy says she has taken the day off. So Rob works out where she has gone and goes there, but Dawn only backs out of the abortion for a second time because Rob says he actually loves her. She isn't sure if he really means it, so I think that's sort of implicit hint at it being some sort of plan thought up by Rob and May.

erm...I know its a horrible thing for a person to deal with but the way they made this kevin secret sound I thought it'd be something less cliche.

I really do hope that rob and may came up with that as a plan because I can't stand dawm or what she's done...and using a baby to try and get a man away from his wife is just plain nasty.

I think Pauline might have made a will when she was mad at Arthur for having an affiar with Mrs Hewitt or something, and so only Ian, Mark and Michelle were included or something, which would make Martin pretty mad seeing as Ian has 2 business and wasn't that involved with Pauline, and Michelle hasn't been over for years.

Just a theory, 'cause I don't know if Martin was alive at that time, but it could be a nasty shock when you were the closest to someone if you were left with nothing.

Unless at the same time as getting rid of the stall, Pauline made a new will and cut him out of it, 'cause I think I recall her saying something about one.

martin was born at the time of the affair.. Pauline was pregnant on Martin in the first episode.. I reckon she made a new will around christmas and martin is cut out of it all

I always thought Pauline signed the house to him and sonia with the agreement she lives there but you could be right that it is a 3 way thing.. martin and sonia own half and pauline owns the other half

Did Pauline own the house ie was it mortgaged/owned outright or is it a Council House?

If the house was owned by Pauline then she would have been able to "gift" the house to Martin and Sonia so that they wouldn't have had to pay inheritence tax on the event of her death but the condition is that you have to live for seven years after you "gift" it - if you die within that time then the house would still form part of her estate and be subject to the usual inheritance tax etc.

Not sure how she would have been able to give the house to Martin and Sonia if she rented it from Council although I suspect it would be something like putting their names on the rent book.

In any event it will be interesting to see what the "shock" for Martin is.

Dawn refuses to keep silent about her pregnancy any longer and tells the Vic's stunned punters she's having Rob's baby.
She may feel better getting the news off her chest, but later finds herself ostracised by her neighbours. The barmaid then has even more to worry about - she thinks May knows of their affair as Rob struggles to keep his double life under wraps.

Ian tells Jane about his plan to buy the Fowlers' old house, and Carly blows her top at the Arches as the pressure of covering up Kevin's disappearance gets to her.
Libby spots an opportunity for blackmail after she stumbles on Darren's secret money-making scheme, and Jay makes things difficult for Bert by disappearing just as he is due to go home, before it emerges he's been stealing from the market.

Phil gets in touch with Stella despite Ben's feelings, and eventually gets things back on track.

I read in TV Quick this week that the house is left to Martin but in the will there is some kind of clause which is to do with Ian, there are certain conditions on Martin having the house and although everyone tells Ian to leave Martin to it he decides to do what Pauline wanted. Martin ends up leaving and selling the house.

I am sure that Jay is Bert's grandson - he was first mentioned to Bert by his ex-wife, when she was talking about their daughter, as she (his ex-wife) was dying of cancer and went to stay with Bert at Pat's house. Jay was one of the lads on bikes who were hanging about at Bert's ex-wife's funeral and was seen by Bert and Pat.

The clause in pauline will is that she left martin her half of the house on the condition he doesn't share it with sonia and ian has been out in charge of upholding paulines wishes.

Darren and Libby are thoroughly enjoying their cheeky website and have fun writing a saucy e-mail to a subscriber, but Keith and Mickey are becoming increasingly suspicious about their antics.
The battle of the bedrooms between the Slaters and the Brannings continues as Max remains as keen to bed little Stacey, while her big brother is acutely aware of his sister's older man, and takes advantage of an electrical fault at Booty to step up his pursuit of Tanya.
Chelsea organises a lingerie party to celebrate her birthday - but not everybody is happy about who will be providing the stock.
Bert finally begins to face up to his responsibilities towards his wayward grandson and, as a consequence, has to endure the scrutiny of the Square on his first day at work.
Ben remains as obtuse towards Stella as ever and refuses to let her help him with his homework, while Billy's birthday surprise for Honey hits a snag as his financial problems mount up.

How many times can one woman threaten to have an abortion?

What about maternal instincts, feelings of guilt or the concept of time passing, making it impossible for someone to do so?

It seems, however, in the world of Albert Square, these factors are simply academic as Dawn gives Rob yet another ultimatum - leave May now or she'll get rid of the baby.
However, what the unsuspecting mum-to-be doesn't realise is, May is aware of the 'secret' affair with her husband, and therefore begins to play the unstable wife in order to stop Dawn going through with her plan.
Elsewhere, Kevin finally returns to Walford after an attempt to help a stranger ends in tragedy, forcing the car dealer to realise the error of his ways.
However, it appears his family have had enough of waiting for him to come to his senses, and he arrives back to find his belongings out on the street and his daughter unable to accept his apologies.
So who can the hapless father turn to? The woman who caused his current misery of course, and it seems Shirley is only too happy to help.

It's often uncomfortable to think of your mother involved in a romantic liaison with a man, but Garry finds it particularly hard when that male happens to be his best friend Minty.
Although desperate for someone to take his wayward parent off his hands, the mechanic becomes increasingly concerned about his mum's relationship with his housemate.
After a heated argument with her son, Hazel realises it's time for her to move on - but can she give up on her feelings for Minty so easily?

Meanwhile, Kevin and Denise's romance still refuses to run smoothly.
After eventually agreeing to Kevin's marriage proposal, the post office worker decides to crack on with the preparations but inadvertently picks the anniversary of Jimbo's death as the day they should tie the knot.
Deano is devastated at this blatant besmirch of his brother's memory and becomes determined to boycott the nuptials when his father refuses to change his plans.

Elsewhere, Stella tightens her grip on young Ben, while Phil tries to get to the bottom of his son's behaviour. After voicing his concerns to the lawyer she reassures him everything will be ok, leaving the young lad feeling even more alone than ever.

Stacey tells Bradley, 'Jerry' has dumped her. She later goes to give Abi and Lauren a make-over and Abi reveals she is excited to be having a new brother or sister. Stacey realises she could loose Max now Tanya is pregnant and gives him 30 minutes to decide between her and Tanya.
Will Tanya discover the affair? How will Stacey react when Bradley declares his love for her? Who will Max choose? It will be 30 gripping minutes and one of the ladies will end up devastated.

May continues to take the pills this week and gets into hot water with Naomi. May continues to lie about the pills disappearing and Naomi figures out that May has been taking them. May panicks and in The Vic she asks to borrow money from Naomi where she plants the pills in her bag. May then confronts Naomi infront of the whole pub about the pills framing her. Naomi can't speak her way out of it as it's her word against May's. The next day May threatens Naomi and tells her to leave the Square or she will be reported. With no other alternative, Naomi packs her bags and leaves Walford. What will Mad May do next?

Dawn stands by Rob and tells everybody May injured herself. During the week Keith has a go at Rob, telling him that Dawn deserves better. Rob goes mad and grabs Keith against the door. As Rob goes to punch Keith, Dawn walks in and Keith moves in time as Rob smashes his fist through the door. Dawn is horrified and Rob admits that he did attack May. Will Dawn stand by him now she knows what he is like?

Peter is taken to hospital after Phil revives him. With his life in the balance, Ian and Phil call a truce - but how long will they last? Stella later feels left out when Phil pays attention to Ben but he laters tells her, he wants to move their wedding day forward.

Keith buys a huge telly with Darren's money.

Libby is arrested for trying to sell soten CD players.

With her dad and Denise all loved up, little Libby embarking on a new romance with Darren, and Deano lusting after everything in sight, Carly finally decides it's time she put herself first in the relationship stakes and, after a gentle shove from her stepsister, agrees to go on a date with Booty sales rep Warren.
However, it soon becomes clear her new suitor only has one thing on his mind and, when Preeti and Chelsea become aware of his sordid plans, they find themselves in a race against time to stop the blonde mechanic from coming to any harm.
Elsewhere, Stacey is furious her ultimatum to Max didn't work and that he has instead gone on holiday with Tanya. The brassy stallholder finds it difficult to keep her emotions in check when she's around Bradley however, and when the pair become embroiled in a guinea pig rescue mission, they begin to get on as if they had never been apart.
Is the younger Branning suddenly regaining his appeal?
Meanwhile, avid smoker Dot panics about the looming ban, and makes a momentous decision when her worry becomes too much to deal with.
May tells Dawn she has signed the divorce papers and Libby is grounded when her feelings for Darren are made known to Denise.

God grounding Libby is a bit harsh isn't it?! why?! because she fancies Darren?! they are the same age! lol. I think they make a sweet couple. I think Darren will treat her with respect, because he cares about her. And Libby won't stand for any nonsense, cause she's got a good head on her shoulders.

Bradley and Stacey, getting back together. Its a dramatic storyline, but i do half wish that Bradley and Stacey could get back together, without all this stuff hanging over them. They were so sweet, and cute. Ah!

Just to put everyone's mind at rest... this week on EE: Peter DOES NOT die.. the ambulance men revive him and a truce is called. Ian actually Hugs Phil :eek::eek:. Beale go on holiday and the house gets done up. Phil, having faced losing his son, brings the wedding forward... Stella (evil woman :ninja: ) tells and convinces Ben the accident was all his fault and for the Stacey/Bradley fans, stacey tells Max to tell Tayna or she will.. he has 30 mins to do so

Carly and Chelsea call an uneasy truce, but Sean soon begins stirring up trouble.
The mechanic, however, is wise to his actions, and so tries to catch him out by letting the beautician listen to their conversation.
Dot tries to take her mind off smoking by arranging a christening for baby George, but when the vicar asks for his birth certificate, she's forced to admit the truth about his parentage.
She tries to put off the inevitable by visiting old friend Dr Legg, but it's not long before a social worker comes calling.
Darren desperately tries to come up with a way to stay in Walford rather than moving to Streatham, while Bradley learns Max is about to return, and Stacey offers to help him get the house ready.
However, on hearing about her lover's plans, she turns to Deano for comfort, and soon regrets her decision.

i tinhk it was confirmed in the inside soap magazine that the univited guests were the mitchell cousins rosie and roxy i think they are called. THat fits in with Phil and Stellas wedding.

They death could be Stella, there was a leaked storyline a while back in the sun that she was set to die.

This week the brassy stallholder finally decides to get away from both, and quashes Bradley's dream of reconciliation.
However, a serenade from the ginger-topped banker appears to change her mind, and she's soon booking a break for herself and her ex-boyfriend away from the gossips in the Square.
Although their blossoming relationship seems endearing, how will the younger Branning react if faced with Stacey's indiscretions with his dad?
Meanwhile, Stella's web-of-deceit threatens to fall down around her when she realises her hold over Ben may be wavering.
When the young lad rings up to speak to his family from his football trip, Peggy passes the phone to Stella, but he simply hangs up.
The twisted lawyer carries on the conversation to keep up pretences, but is secretly devastated and, when left alone, begins to bang her head violently against the wall.

Ok so Stella bangs her head against the wall,, and people on the Square thinks it might be Phil,,how nice for her ,,, so for her wedding she will have a goose egg on her forehead .......:rotfl: :rotfl: I am glad she is loosing hold of the Milky Bar kid...:D
