Stir fry dishes are good for you and you can put in whatever you like. I'm glad we're getting better weather, its putting me in the mood for salads, which I love.
Everything in moderation - if you take sugar switch to something like canderel, drink plenty water, dont deny yourself too much otherwise you will crave like mad for it.
Baked potatoes are also really good for you, beans, tuna, cottage cheese, these are all healthy options.
If you're going to cut sugar out of your diet, don't replace it with any product containing aspartame.

if you need to snack, munch on dried fruit. If you feel hungry try drinking water and then leaving it 20mins before you eat - your body often confuses dehydration with hunger. eat slowly as it then gives time for your food to reach your stomach and so you won't eat too much. leave 20mins after dinner before you have pudding - most of the time you'll change your mind and not eat it. A kiwi is full of really good vitamins so eat one a day.

Also try to include plenty of fibre into your diet and oily fish which is also good for your inteligence. The tip about the water is really good as it not keepin yourself hydrated will leave you with better looking skin and shinier hair there are many advantages to drinkin water.

I'm not sure if it helps intelligence but it does reduce the risk of heart disease, strokes, arthritis and psoriasis. I think one portion a week of oily fish is recommended, tuna, salmon, pilchards, mackerel, herring.
oily fish.....i'm a veggie so theres no hope there!!!

I'm sure you can get vitamins that contain basically whats good for you - omega-3 fatty acids is apparently whats good for you (good ole google!) and I'm sure I've seen vitamins that contain that so even though you are veggie you can still get the benefits.

apparently if you eat brekkie then your digestive system will start working sooner so itll digest more of your lunch and dinner so you wont put on as much weight, or something like that!
