Im starting this for Lea
Does anyone have this? she hasnt been able to get online all afternoon (msn/websites) and she wants to know if anyone else knows anything about it being or problem or if it is just her
I've not got a problem at the minute, but i've had so many problems with them in the past, that i've lost count.
They are so unreliable. We had a bad storm in September, which caused a power surge, which broke my Orange Router. I rung them up for a replacement, and it took 2 months for us to receive a replacement. So many times we've had errors on the line, and gone for a few weeks without anything.
Shes best off ringing them up (At her own risk. I once had someone tell me their sexual fantasies) and getting them to do a phoneline test. It takes 24hrs, but if theres something wrong with her connection, then it should sort it. If she has wireless net, they would also talk her through re-setting it and trying to fix it on her computer.
The helpline is written on the helpbook, but if she has an orange contract mobile, she might be able to ring them up for free through that. Though i'm not sure about that.
Basically, get off Orange ASAP!

I've never had any problems with Orange and I've been with them since they were Freeserve. Did you plug your computer power cables into a power surge extension cable?
My broadband has been running slow in the past few days on my laptop, especially on here, but it's been OK on my sister's so it's probably just me.
