Hope this is in the right place..

I ordered something from Amazon in December (just after Christmas - with a voucher). It said it would be dispatched in about 2-3 weeks.. so I checked it 2-3 weeks later, and it said it had been dispatched. But then, because I ordered something else aswell, that came, so I checked the other order, and it said it will be dispatched in 2-3 weeks. Even though it said it had been dispatched before... it keeps doing this.. saying it's been dispatched, then when I check it, it says it will be dispatched in a few weeks. What's going on? I emailed Amazon, and it said on the site they would reply within 24hours.. it's now 4 days later.

4 months after ordering it, do you reckon I should just change my order? Or wait..

Help :p.

Hope this made sense by the way.

id call them lea that sounds strange. Ive never had to wait that long for anything from amazon

Can you cancel your order and get a refund? I'd give them a ring and see what they have to say for themselves. If you paid by credit card you'll probably be covered so you can get a refund from them if Amazon refuse.

My mums had to wait a while for things of amazon, she ordered stuff for mine and leannes b/day so about end of september begining of october and she never got it until december, so sometimes things do take a while

i think it depend.. if you order directly from amazon or if it comes via second party...

I've had this before from an order made directly from Amazon. I phoned them as the delivery date seemed to be getting longer and longer (ordered the item in Oct, was supposed to be 2 weeks delivery and last time I'd looked it was January delivery), so I phoned them and they refunded my money and cancelled the order for me. They were really helpful etc, so definitely give them a call, find out whats going on :)

Yeah that sounds like a good idea - phoning them. They won't have to refund any money, but they'd give me back my voucher money you reckon?

i had this one time, it said it'd been dispatched so i emailed them and they sent me a new one, so try that and see what happens :)

Sometimes they can get clogged up in the email, id phone them and see what happens. It should get sorted as i have never had any trouble with them as a company. Hope it gets sorted.
