Nail Piercings

Anyone have one? Anyone had one? Anyone want one? I want to try it out.. Nothing that wacky but a simple heart or something dangling of it..Problem is, I know it would make life alot harder, eg. washing hair (and my hairs really long)! x

Hahaha, when I was younger I piecred one of my nails with a drawing pin :lol: Then put a stud without the back in it :lol:. Ahh memories..

My nails are long aswel and i used to always pierce my baby nails, ive got dolphins, pixies, hearts, stars and just a gem one that i have on it and they never made things awkward for me they just make your nail more prone to break with it in but mine stay in ages or till i get bored of it

Did you got to a nail shop/salon and do it there? Or do you DIY? :p x

I might try it myself but I'm a bit scared I will end up poking my self.. :eek: x

my mum did it for me as we have a set, you just have a screw like thing and twist that round on the nail until it goes through

They confuse me cos wouldnt it be pointless when the nail brakes?

yh when the nail breaks it has obviosuly lost the hole, but you can reuse the piercings as long as you dont lose it when you break the nail like my mum did at southend, and my nails grow really quick so it dont take that long for mine to be long enough to use them again

I think thats about right, Tabbie. :) I think you reuse them again once the nail is long enough or when you feel the urge for some nail piercings. lol

Yep thats right pb, pierce your nails whenever you feel like it, but i only ever do my baby nails
