New Series?

I was watching something the other night and it had the guy who played Cash and he was saying that a the y are working on a new series with 16 episodes and he is coming back into it.

Does anyone know if this is ture?

Channel 4 comissioned a 5th series at the same time as the 4th, they've recently built new sets or something so I dont think they will cut their losses yet - although tbh Shameless has gone past it's sell by date.

I agree Chris, the show aint the same without them. Unfortunatley for us both actors seemed to have found fame with other projects now so probably wont return. I loved them, two of the best characters in the show, along with Sheila.

i think even if they did a one off showing them in jail or wherever they are now would be good even bringing Anne Marie Duff and James McAvoy for a one off

that would be good a big reuinion of the origional members. Theres definitly a fifth series but i think Lip, Jody Latham is't going to be in it, i heard somewhere, either that or i'm completley lieing and i dreampt it.

They have beuilt a set for it rather than using the whythenshaw estate so that they can do more episodes i thin.

the last series was ok. but the next series really needs some of the old charecters back in it.
