Does anyone watch this programme about well-known celebrities who have been hired to develop and produce a weekly based showbiz magazine? I only started watching it tonight, and i really enjoyed it. Janet Street Porter is in charge of it all and she must decide what celebrity should be sacked from the magazine each week, it's an Apprentice style type show. I really enjoyed it, and i want to enter a career in the journalism industry so it really interested me. Did anyone else watch it?

I really like this show too, it becomes quite addictive, although i don't like all the shouting and being like really mean and stuff. I like Yvette in it, she kinda has a nice side to her and doesn't like to be too mean to people. And Janet was annoying me in tonight, coz all she does is slag Blair off, for doing nothing, but if isn't given any jobs to do, and then the one job he was given is to take pic's of uk celebs, well he don#'t know who they are, he from Oz for goodness sake. Anyway rant over :D

The shouting and being mean is pretty horrible, but if i was them, i would just get on with it. I agree with you about Blair, i did feel sorry for him when he had to go round to take photos of UK celebs and Janet kept saying he wasn't pulling his weight.

I felt sorry for Abi Titmuss as well when she wanted advice on the technical side of the camera she was using and that guy got really horrible towards her, she only wanted help! When she ran out of batteries on her camera and she didn't have any spare batteries, that sounds like me when i'm working for my school newsletter. :rotfl: And Ingrid was so funny when she was meant to do that "celebrity shopping" article but she actually got obsessed with buying that handbag. :rotfl:

I swear Abi is just a little well not all there!! She's been told sooo many times how to use that camera and she just never understands it! :lol:

Ewan and his crush on Kylie is very funny to watch tho :D

Abi Titmuss has defended her former Celebrity Love Island colleague Calum Best on ITV2's Deadline.

The curvaceous model was asked to photograph celebrities at a central London event for the reality TV show, in which ten celebrities have been challenged to compile a weekly gossip magazine.

However, she refused to take a photo of Best because she believes that he is a victim of unwarranted press attention.

Deadline boss Darryn Lyons was unimpressed with her excuse, saying: "Calum courts the press for f**k's sake!"

:eek: I was really surprised Blair went tonight! He took some brilliant photos of Liz from Atomic Kitten and that Darren said he was the best photographer on the team, so i don't understand why he went. I thought Ingrid should have gone.

Lisa was so funny getting the sack tonight, deciding to go and get her hair done instead of taking photos of celebs! :rotfl: I wasn't surprised that she got the sack!

Gutted i missed Lisa sacking, from the clips they showed it looked quite amusing. Not happy about Blair going, Ingrid is worse than he was. Oh well only leaves me with Ewan as some eye candy too :crying:

I don't watch it lol. But noticed Blair.. and Australia.. and simply wondered... is it Blair Mcdonagh (or whatever his name is lol)

I have been watching this and i really like it.I agree out of Ingrid and Blair i thought i should have been Ingrid that went.I thought the Ewan and Kylie thing was hilarious and the same with Lisa's sacking she must have wanted it to happen as there is no way she could think that sitting in the hairdressers and standing outside the restaurant waiting to take pictures is the same thing or that she would get off with it lightly.

I watched it last night for the 1st time - Abi whats her face is a right pain. She had to be told not to pose in the photos with the celebs, all she wants is her face in the paper, also what is this Author thing on the opening credits, she is listed as actor/author (of what??) Getting the hump because she is still tagged as John Leslie's ex, well that's how she got started is it not? That Darren chap has her measure though.
