Coronation Street's Eileen will soon find a familiar face on her doorstep - and Hollyoaks fans may recognise her too.
Emma is about to return to Weatherfield to reclaim her baby daughter Holly, who she left with the Grimshaws on Christmas Day.
The character is played by Stephanie Waring, who is better known to long-standing viewers of the Chester-based serial as Cindy Cunningham.
The role in Corrie shouldn't be too much of a stretch for the actress, as she has plenty of experience playing troubled young mothers.
Cindy discovered she was pregnant when she was just 16, but felt she couldn't tell her family and abandoned the baby after giving birth.
When the rest of the Cunninghams found out, they insisted on reuniting the teenager with her daughter - also called Holly - but the schoolgirl found it difficult to cope, and even considered smothering the infant before her maternal instincts kicked in.
Stephanie spent four years in Hollyoaks before leaving in 2000 as part of a storyline which saw her character fleeing the village after becoming convinced social services were about to take her child away from her.
However, she briefly returned four years later to attend the funeral of her father, Gordon.
The actress' other credits include Nice Guy Eddie, Sweet Medicine, Mersey Beat, The Royal, Doctors and Holby City.
She also appeared in a Brookside spin-off, Double Take.
