Honey's pregnant again!

Apologies if this is posted somewhere, I've had a quick look but can't really see it so:

What's on TV 17-23 March 07

Honey discovers she's pregnant again and is terrified that Billy doesn't want another baby. At first it seems she is astute but when they actually talk, Billy is worried that they would love the new baby more than Janet. After a good long chat Billy comes round to the idea; but has to admit they are skint.

aww bless. I like Honey. but last time the pregnancy dragged for ages. I reckon there will be more to it as well.

There has to be. They're probably planning to mess up yet another character by means of making her love the new baby more than Janet, for not having downs and being the youngest, or something. It would really ruin her if they had her wishing she hadn't changed the name from Petal to Janet.

Yeah, it was the start of that last night, with Billy going to the cash point with Janet, but then literally kicking it because it wouldn't let him take any money out.

Well spotted.. I would never have guessed they were having money problems :p

I hope they don't ruin her, and I don't think they will. I don't think they'll love Janet any less, or love the other one more. Of course, there is more of a risk of another baby having downs isn't there?

I think it was a bit obvious that they were going to do this, after the Downs story. Its a natural continuation, i think. A lot of parents of children who have Downs have the same worries, about having other children etc, so EE doing it doesn't surprise me, really.

I hope they handle it carefully, again

yeah me as well. O also wouldnt have noticed they were having money problems. I think these sorts of storielines are dealt with quite well.

they might just be going for the "its very easy to get pregnant after having a baby" story line.
its a very common thing :)

I think they may look at the fear that Billy and Honey may think that they could possibly love the baby more,, but a friend of mine had a Downs daughter and then 2 healthy sons, and 1, thought that her daughter was a lot easier to bring up than her sons, and 2 went through amnio's and further tests, risking miscarriage to find out whether or not the following children may also be Downs. Many families have further children after having a baby with Downs and IF EE do this right, it will be a great storyline.
