Has anyone tried them? Do the really assist weight loss with a calorie controled diet?
Although to be honest im dubious about anything that says assists with a calorie controled diet as thats what is really making you lose the weight.

The drugs don't work ...

There is no miracle weight loss pill just as there isn't a miracle muscle gain pill. A lot is down to genetics, healthy eating and lifestlye choices.

Ironically, alot of people don't realise that their body is sending them signals to drink water and misinterpret these for hunger signals. Try drinking two glasses of water 30 mins before eatng. Forget the pills - don't line some con merchants pockets!

The only tablet I know thats work is called Xenical my sister is on it.The tablet which is taken with each meal blocks the fat (bad fat ) staying in the body so you burn off your stored fat. It is on doctors prescrption only and you have to have a body mass fat of 35% or over.she has lost a stone and a half in a month.there are as with all tablets side effects...if you eat over 60% fat,your poo is oily and bright orange.ha ha .But it does work, and is meant to help you shed the first bulk of weight,then you go onto healthy eating.
