Okay I was just windering if anyone knows what there first word was, I dont know mine and I dont think my parents can remember either :(

i think mine was Hiya.

I know someone whos little girls first word was City pronounced Citeh, in a stron mancunian accent how her dad pronounced it. That was an educated child.

i dont know what my first word was, my mum doesnt know. i remember my sis asked her once and when she said she didnt know my sis said she wasnt a proper mother haha!

I don't think a lot of parents do, especially if it isn't something common. Because of the pronounciation, it is hard to make out. My dad probably has no clue that mine was 'Dadda,' and even sometimes mixes my birthday up with my mum's.

Dunno about my first word - probably dadda, but I know that I did utter a number of expletives whilst waiting at a set of red traffic lights with my mum and my nan, and my nan commenting that you could tell who I'd been in the car with!! (my dad) :rotfl:
