Can't access digital spy messageboards - why????

I am having trouble registering to get onto the digital spy messageboard. For some reason it says I can't use web-based email addresses like yahoo, or msn ones. What one can I use. It says I need to ask my internet service provider or something. But I don't want to spend hours on the phone calling them, don't even know how to contact them anyway. Can someone tell me (perhaps an already registered messageboard member) which addresses they've used either now/in the past that are acceptable for this website. Many thanks, Emma.

Does your isp not give you an email?

Maybe you should try reading their FAQ? They've banned the popular free email services so you need to have an email adress given by your isp or a work one.

Well I don't have a work one as I don't have a job at the moment. And I wouldn't know where to look to see if I'd been given one by my isp.

You normally have one set up automatically. Normally your login name @whateverisp.com

Normally most isps have help pages and info on setting up email addresses.
