CORRIE will screen the first BISEXUAL love triangle in soap history — between Sean, Sonny and girlfriend Michelle.

Gay Sean Tully — played by Soapstar Superstar winner Antony Cotton — seduces Sonny Dhillon, who admits he is bisexual.

They end up having a steamy fling — but love-rat Sonny (Pal Aron) carries on dating Michelle.

An insider said: “It’s a love triangle that’s got disaster written all over it. “Michelle is bound to be shattered when she finds out.”

Barmaid Michelle (Kim Ryder) — fell for wealthy businessman Sonny late last year. Sean, a knicker maker at the factory, is currently single.

The love triangle is his biggest storyline so far.

The source said: “Sonny has never said that he likes boys and girls — and he leaves Michelle and Sean confused about who he fancies the most. There will be tears on the cobbles.”

The storyline comes almost three years after Todd Grimshaw admitted he was gay — the first Corrie character to do so.

Viewers will see the love tangle unfold during the next few weeks.

Guess Sean won't be working at Underworld whem Michelle's brothers find out.!

Coronation Street will feature soap's first bisexual love triangle in the near future.

The triangle between Sean, Sonny and Michelle will make soap opera history when it kicks off, with Sonny admitting he is bisexual.

Following his revelation, Sean seduces the businessman - however, Sonny continues to date girlfriend Michelle.

“It’s a love triangle that’s got disaster written all over it," a show insider told The Sun. “Michelle is bound to be shattered when she finds out.”

I knew there was something shifty about him. No I wouldn't like to be in either Sean's or Sonny's shoes when Michelle's brothers find out, espec Paul:love: who is very protective towards his brother and sister. If I was Sonny I'd steer clear of Steve too because I am certain he would love to "teach"him a lesson he will never forget. Mind you once the dust has settled no doubt Steve will be telling Michelle "I told you he was no good" then hopefully they will fall into one another's arms....

This is a bit of a surprise to me as I thought there might be a love triangle of a different kind involving Carla Connor.

no I wouldn't have either...but I remember that scene he had with jamie a while back about how he was lonley and wanted to find someone, maybe they just click and stuff.
