Craig Charles has returned to filming Coronation Street, a spokesman for the ITV soap has confirmed.
The actor was suspended from his role as cab driver Lloyd Mullaney last June after he was caught allegedly taking class A drugs in the back of a car.
Charles resumed filming last week but has been advised that his tenure on the soap is dependent on him kicking any drug habit.
