That man off GMTV has just said EastEnders have a groundbreaking storyline involving looney Stella coming up. He said just think of Ben then Joan Crawford.

I read somewhere that Stella becomes jealous of Ben then both Ben and Stella start battling for Phil's affections. Stella breaks Ben's present to Phil so Ben does something to get back at her. When Phil finds out what has been going on Stella wins him over and from that point the storyline turns nasty with the start of her abusing Ben.

Joan Crawford was said to have done a similar thing to her children in the book written by her daughter called Mommie Dearest. It was also made into a film.

she smashes up the present Ben gets for Phil when she realises he likes it better. She turns all strange when she finds phils address book when trying to plan a surprise party for Phils birthday, and sees all pictures of his attractive past girlfriends.

Yeah sound pretty good! You can sense something going to happen between Ben and Stella, the looks he gives her.

This sounds good! Im quite looking forward to this .. Ben is a little twerp but I can wait to see how he handles Stella1

She is very weird compared to Phil's ex'es

I feel sorry for Ben, he is just a child. He deserves full attention of Phil. Do not like the sound of a wicked stepmother even when it happens a lot. As a teacher I come across a lot of these sort of abuse.:(
