When i first got my laptop msn let me have the name of the song i was listening to in the bit under my name but its stopped doing it - anyone know how to get it back? the box is still ticked in msn options so i dont know what happened :searchme:
I dont know about that either,I have the same problem i just thought it was cos I have windows Live.

Yeah i have live aswell but it was working for like 2 days when i first got it and i havent used anything different to live since i have had it either
I have live messenger and mine still works - i think it can be temperamental sometimes. I've heard of other people having the same problem
have you actaully played a song and seen if its there, as it might appear in your personal message well its suppose to.

I remember having this problem agesss ago. All I can remember is it saying something like "you must log into this computer as an administrator" :confused: I've forgotten how I sorted it now.. I think my Dad did it somehow :hmm:

Awww Im really not that bothered that it doesnt work on mine, although it would be nice if it didI know, I don't really see the point of it to be honest.
have you checked that the option is checked in your media player? because i think there's a plug in for that :S i had that problem at one point

Oh yeah there is that aswell. 'MSN Messenger Music Plugin' on Tools.
Yep i had some problem vicky you need the plug in from media player
