My personal thoughts on EastEnders over 2006 are:

Best/Worst Character: Bradley (great additon)/there is a list begining with Dawn

Best/Worst Storyline: owen/denise, fantastic/Sonia's affair

Best/Worst Newcomer : Denise Fox/Ben Mitchell

Best/Worst Exit : They were all bad this year

Best/Worst Return : Owen's return to kidnap Squiggle/Phil Mitchell

Best/Worst Episode :

Best Comedy Moment: Billy Mitchell getting married, locked in the bathroom with Minty/

Best/ Dramatic Moment : Not known if Squiggle had drown or not...

Best/Cliffhanger : see above

Best/Worst Quote :

Best/Worst Duo: Gary and Minty (they are for both, at times they can be so annoying.


My personal thoughts on EastEnders over 2006 are:
Dot can do no wrong, she is a fab character and well played. I loved the Owen/Denise storyline and love Billy making the choice between his Wife or his Child. Carla Mitchell (Grant's wife) was the worst thing that happened

Best/Worst Return : Owen/ can't actually think of another one!!

Best/Worst Episode : Stacey abortion (Great acting)/ Ruby leaves (change of character)

Best/Worst Comedy Moment : Honey having Petal (or Janet)/ Some things Honey says are just not funny at all!

Best/Worst Dramatic Moment : When Danny was about to shoot Phil and it was infact Jake shooting Danny! / can't think!

Best/Worst Cliffhanger : Didn't know if Squiggle had died / Again can't think of another.

Best/Worst Quote : When Honey had loads of gas and air and was saying she loved the midwife

Best/Worst Duo : Gary and Minty

My personal thoughts on EastEnders over 2006 are:
Lacey deserved winning best actress, Alot of new characters but none that bad!, no very good exits, had many good storylines (e.g. Owen/ Squiggle, Honey/Billy,Stacey/Bradley)

There were good moments but equally bad moments. To many characters left & too many came in.

Best/Worst Storyline: Mrs Beale saga, particularly at the hotel weekend/Sonia and Naomi.

Best/Worst Newcomer: Shirley/Squiggle

Best/Worst Exit: Hmm, none really stand out, but it was a slight improvement where they had Rosie's change of heart over Darren, instead of the standard eave in the back of a taxi.

Best/Worst Return: Owen, hate the character, but the way they handled it was good. Joe.

Best/Worst Episode: The one just after Sean returned/ Xmas episode 1; complete waste of a powerful opening by having Max and Stacey at it in the same episode.

Best/Worst Comedy Moment: Jane driving that golf buggy round and knocking everything over. (That probably wasn't supposed to be funny, but I was in fits. / Ben's trick with the chimney at xmas.

Not exactly been the best year for Eastenders, its had a few good episodes but it is deffinately going down hill and has been a big dissapointment recently, i hope they can redeem themselves this year
