Laptop Shutdown

Heya Guys,
Well My Laptop Decides To Shut Down On Its On. It Goes Beep Beep Then Shuts Down. And I Dunno Why? Its Cant Be The Hardrive As Ive Just Had A New One Put In. I Think It May Be Cos Its Getting Overheated?

The beeps are significant. The number of beeps can tell you what the problem is. Here is a link which may help you diagnose the problem.
