Did anyone watch on Sky One last night. I missed the start but then found it was on multi start. Second part is tonight.

I really enjoyed it. A great cast, great story. I've never read the book though so don't know how much it follows it.

Doesn't Marc Warren look evil with his different eyes though - pretty freaky!

Oh no - hope its all cleared up now.

I won't spoil things for you (unless you've read the book, I haven't though) but I'm very much looking forward to tonights 2nd part and would recomment anyone to watch it.

Great to see David Jason, Nigel Planer, Joss Ackland, Peter Guiness, Tony Robinson and many other names back on our screens (as well as voices) and also the introduction of new actors to the screens

The concluding part was great last night. Not so much of David Jason in it, but excellent viewing. The Tooth Fairy made me laugh - turning herself into childrens nightmares to try and scare Susan, the grand-daughter of Death, didn't exactly play out as she might have hoped.

Marc Warren was great as the Assassin, his reappearance at the end, I guessed was coming, but when the children were saying that Death wasn't scary as he was just all bones, but TeaTime was definitely creepy - that was funny.

Great viewing, glad I saw it and would love to see it again too.
