As if the constant taunts aren’t bad enough, the situation worsens when the police arrive at the Cafe to question Frankie. Frankie has to confess that she is having a sexual relationship with her step son and that Danny was devastated about it.

With everyone else accusing Jamie of Danny’s murder, Frankie begins to doubt him as well. She confronts Jamie and demands that he tell her everything about that night. Meanwhile, after taking ages getting ready, Michelle is angry that he’s late. When he finally manages to get Les to cover, Tracy accosts him and demands that he look after Amy.

Thankfully Betty agrees to take care of Amy for what’s left of the date and Steve rushes to the gig knocking over Fiz’s moped on his way. Over at the gig Michelle is feeling rejected so when a handsome young guy asks her for a drink she agrees!! Will Steve ever get to go out with Michelle?

Elsewhere, Frankie is worried about Jamie as he hasn’t come home since their row last night. When he finally returns home they both realise that being in Weatherfield is destroying their relationship and resolve to make a new start in Spain.

As Bev says her goodbyes to the Peacocks she remains stubborn about taking her half of the ashes and scattering them separately. Ashley, Claire and the kids got to the River Tame to scatter their half of Fred’s ashes and to everyone’s surprise Bev shows up with her half and agrees to reunite the ashes let them go in unison.

Rosie realises that Sophie’s ‘voices’ are coming from Ivy Tilsley’s old diary and Tracy is delighted when she discovers that Claire has been keeping a note of all the alleged violent episodes that Tracy has told her about.

Sounds quite good although the Frankie and jamie story line is boring.
