Pc Cable

I want to find a data cable thing, for a phone to the computer, the phone is a Samsung.. can you just buy one for all Samsungs, or does it have to be the certain make? I'm no good at looking, so just wondered if anyone knew where to find one, at a reasonable price. My dad wants one, so thought I'd get one for Christmas..

Not sure about the data cables Lea, but I know that mine, Ste's and hubby's are all Samsungs and we all have different chargers for ours (down to different "ends" on the chargers) so I think they are phone related, but as long as the socket fits the phone, there shouldn't be a problem I would haven't have thought (although I find bluetooth transfer far easier :D )
