Audrey Roberts has been going all out to prove there's life in the old dog yet this autumn.

First there was her ill-advised declaration of love to old friend Fred Elliott, and then she enjoyed some sneaky snogging with married man Bill Webster.

However, it's all been a bit quiet since Bill departed for Germany, but our Audrey's about to get a very nice surprise. It seems that Bill has been given more work on these shores and returns to Weatherfield for the whole of December.

And it doesn't take long for the sixty something singleton to spy her man and put a new pulling plan into action!

You've got to hand it to Audrey, she's got no intention of growing out gracefully and soon she and Bill are up to their old, disgraceful, tricks again.

But with Bill's wife Maureen unaware of their antics, and Audrey and his respective families shocked to the core, can there be a happy ever after for the passionate pair?

For weeks we've been worried about Danny Baldwin's welfare.

We knew that discovering his Frankie had been having a bit of 'how's your father' with son Jamie, would rock him to the very core.

Well having tried everything to win Frankie back, including offering to turn a blind eye to her son-smooching shenanigans, Danny is going to be at his most desperate.

And following a tense and emotional stand off between himself and Jamie at the viaduct, Corrie fans will be left in limbo – not knowing whether Danny has disappeared, finished himself off or been pushed over!

So while Frankie and Jamie are forced to brace themselves for the public backlash to their romance, the Street will be asking the same question we are: What's become of desperate Danny?

And with Jamie becoming more and more violent in his behaviour, is it possible that the vengeful son carried out the ultimate revenge?

Finally, he loves to poke his nose into other people's business, but Norris Cole is going to find himself the talk of the town in the coming weeks.

It all transpires as Norris is driven half mad by a graffiti artist who decides to use the Kabin as his new canvas.

Incensed by the damage, Norris will mount a vigil to catch him at it – by will only succeed in making two new enemies!

Charlie Stubbs will be less than impressed when he spies Norris and his night vision goggles surveying the Street.

Especially when his girlfriend Tracy Barlow complains that she's the victim of Norris the peeping Tom!

Meanwhile, the hapless newsagent will find himself on the wrong side of the police as he apprehends the criminal, only to break the law himself!

Will Norris learn to leave police work to the professionals? Will he heck!
