I've bought a mp3 player for my hubby and trying to put music on it from my computer but i don't know much about them needing a bit of help please

'm reading instuction everything is connected up properly but do i need the cd to add music to the mp3 player cause when i insert the cd my computer it says blank disc, is it ment to say this? what am i doing wrong? or should i take it back to argos to get another cd?

Do you mean that the disk with the programme on it is blank?

If it is then i'd take it back and get an exchange...

Yes it say blank disc,
I'll take it back tomorrow wasn't sure whether i needed the disc or i could just download from computer without it,

Took it back yesterday got it exchanged set it up today now it's working fine :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
