I thought I'd make a thread where you can post any intriguing facts about the show and its stars.

I'll start..


Duffy's baby, Peter, was played by actor Derek Thompson's (Charlie) son, Charlie Thompson. I wonder if they named him Charlie after Derek's character..?
To recreate vomit, a mixture of weetabix, fruit salad, apple juice and soup is used..
Cathy Shipton (Duffy) had a small role in Spiceworld: The Movie!
Cathy was also originally supposed to audition for the role of A&E's receptionist.
One of the possible titles for Casualty was 'Front Line'.
Suzanne Packer's (Tess) brother is champion olympic hurdler, Colin Jackson!
Holly Davidson (Tally) is the younger sister of Sadie Frost!

It takes one full day to insert hair into a false leg to create a male 'hairy' leg.
Simon MacCorkindale (Harry) runs his own production company, Anglo Saxo Films, with wife, Susan George. They also run a stud farm in Exmoor and have over 50 horses.
Chris Colquhoun (Simon) appeared in the show before he landed the role of Simon. He played a transvestite patient.

Ian Kelsey previously starred in emmerdale as dave glover

Ian Kelsey also starred in the show before Patrick. He was Ian Fisher ( I think it was Ian :hmm: ) who had a kid.

Yeah, I suppose.. *Sigh*

They should give a short message privilege or something to people who are well-behaved, but if they caught posting something really stupidly short (like 'lol') then they should have their privileges removed. Or just lower it to 10 characters or something.

When I was like obsessed with Casualty ages ago, I used to tape them and watch them over and over, and so I just remember the episode, (Obviously I realised after I'd seen Patrick :D

And haha It can get annoying defintaly, but then I guess it also helps you to write something more constructive?

I like him even less since I saw him on Love Island.
And Emma, Louisa, Mark and Matt are all better dancers.
