McAfee Spamkiller

I have a problem with McAfee spam killer. I use it in Microsof Outlook, and up until now we've had no problems, but now we keep getting viagra ones, with various combinations of letters in and i have tried to block the mail but it comes up with this message culd now be blocked, and i have also tried to set the filter to stop it (they always end with AGRA, so i put that in to be blocked) but so far it we keep getting them through and spamkiller doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas on what to do?

I also have a problem with SpamKiller. When I try to send emails from Outlook Express it says they won't send because of a connection error even though the email has actually sent.
