OMG. Neighbours episode tonights had Lurch AKA Alice Jenkinson in it playing Elle Macpherson (Not the real one of course)

fan is a understatement, I watched it from the very first episode,in the 80's and then watched the reruns years later, I loved the B years and hated it when they changed it from two nights a week, to one.

I used to get up at 6am to watch it when i was about 9 i think, mum thought i was mental :lol: wish they still had it on, it was a fab show

It was a great Show and I really miss it I am lucky to have got in on the first order of the The Complete Series on DVD !! Expensive but can't wait to watch Bea, Lizzie, Judy, Vera & the great Marie Winter who was just fabulous !

There is a great UK website that has started doing Fantasy Scripts starting from when the series ended. The Scripts are really really good !

I dont think id get it on dvd, im not sure i liked it that much, i dont even remember much about it, only the theme music something about "he used to give me roses i wish he would again" was it not??

No one has it on TV anymore, although I believe one of the new channel five channel's might start showing it again because of the release of the DVD's !

I used to watch it at 6 am as well Vicky when I came home from working night-shift. old Vinger tits vera was brilliant, remeber her (Alf's sister in home & away) and what was the name of the warden with black hair, I think she tool over from Vera. I don't know if any one watches "Kath & Kim" on livingtv but there is an actress on there who played the thick one with the blonde hair on cell block H

God yes, Vinegar Tits Vera there is a blast from the past !! I thing the black haired one was Joan "The Freak" Fergusson. Not sure who the blonde one is, maybe Meg Morris (who was in Neighbours as Rick Alassi (Spelt Wrong) mum who ran the cafe from Harold & Madge for a while) and then the other might be Joyce Pringle who played Dee's Aunt or Gran in Neighbours !!

The early Prisoner was brilliant when Bea and Lizzie where the main stars. The walls did shake your right, which was bad as most of the prisoners where always been thrown against them :lol:

when does it come out on dvd??? and is it the whole thing and not just the best of prisoner???

omg i cant wait lol i used to watch it with my gran all the time and missed the final few wks where the 'freak' got her cumuppance lol
