How do you access the shoutbox! I ready good old Norman's rules and I have 450 posts and it says you need to have 150?

The problem stems from since the site upgrade - the post count required to post on shoutbox went to 500 posts and NB is looking at correcting this, but has been busy. It will hopefully change back in due course.
