A friend of mine has got a problem, which is a strange one, so hoping someone can help.
Shes installed BT Broadband with wireless on her comp at home, she has seperate log ins for each household member, but on one log in, no user id's for BT internet will appear nor will it allow anyone to sign in to the internet from there. Its fine on everyone elses log ins, but just not this one. She has deleted the account on windows and through BT internet, recreated new ones etc, but this problem is persistent.
Shes going to try re-installing it but I didn't know if anyone had any ideas on what the problem could be.
