i couldn't find another thread anywhere so hop ethere isn't already one!

what do people think of the BBC's adaptation of Jane Eyre?

personally i'm really getting into it now i thought it was a bit slow to get going on the first episode but i really enjoy it now

i am really enjoying it. i have never read the book and dont know the story but i am really enjoying this tv series of it. i cant wait for the next episode tomorrow.

i read th ebook about a year ago and i had forgotten quite a bit of the story line buit so far it's been faithful to the original and i'm really enjoying it!

I heard some of the conversation between Jane + her aunt before she died but everyone was talking around the dinner table at the time and I didn't get 888 subtitles on at the time? Can somebody fill me in on this?

i can't remeber exactly but it basically told her that Jane had an uncle who was alive and had wanted to adopt jane but her aunt hadn't told her because she hated her! i think that was all

i thought this was a great drama. it has such a lovely happy ending too. i might even read the book now!!
