Having convinced Robert to head back to Erinsborough for Gail and Paul’s ‘wedding’ ceremony, Katya wracks her brain for a way to alert the authorities to her plight. Katya raises Rob’s suspicions when she enquires after Connor’s whereabouts but she manages to keep his confidence - just. When they stop at a petrol station, Katya convinces Rob to let her enter the store alone. Katya’s unable to ask the attendant for help before Rob arrives, and Katya’s second plan – writing an SOS message on a credit card receipt – also falls flat. Concerned with Katya’s behaviour, Rob finds the receipt. Disappointed by Katya’s betrayal, Rob leaves her bound and drugged in the back of the campervan - he promises to deal with her after he’s dealt with the groom.

Paul continues to play with both Gail and Izzy’s affections in the lead up to the ersatz wedding. Gail reiterates her ultimatum regarding Paul’s treatment of her and Izzy, while Izzy – spurred on by her frustrations and self-doubt – lashes out at everyone around her. When Paul continues his frivolous attitude towards the ceremony, Lyn takes his behaviour to task – will Paul wise up and treat the event seriously before it’s too late?

Max discovers he’s been the butt of Boyd and Janae’s practical joke. Max feels humiliated and attempts - despite Steph’s warnings - to atone for his lack of trust by buttering up Boyd and Janae’s real estate agent. But after letting slip Janae’s true age, Max only succeeds in putting his foot in it deeper.

The time of the wedding arrives, with Steiger coordinating the carefully planned police operation. Elle starts to believe her parents share genuine feelings for each other, especially after Gail and Paul speak from the heart during their vows. Izzy also begins to sense treachery afoot, and does what she can to undermine the farcical ceremony. When word arrives Katya’s been found, the wedding party goes to the Rotunda for the photo shoot. However, after Robert fails to show Paul remains convinced his son is nearby; despite the protests of those around him, Paul yells for Rob to come and finish the job. Rob doesn’t disappoint…

With their worry over Katya stretched to breaking point, Susan and Toadie decide to take matters into their own hands. After being shooed away from the wedding, the pair drive the streets in the vain hope of uncovering Katya’s whereabouts. They stumble upon Rob’s campervan but initially fail to put two and two together. Eventually Toadie acts upon his gut instincts and frees Katya from the van.

Boyd reacts angrily after Max inadvertently ruins Boyd and Janae’s chances of landing their own rental property. Boyd rushes to confront Max at the empty ScarletBar, and there’s a tense father-son standoff until Janae and Steph arrive. Locked in the bar due to safety concerns surrounding the wedding, Janae surprises everyone by playing (a fiery) peacemaker. She’s not going to leave the boys alone until they’ve sorted out their petty differences and Hoyland harmony is restored.

Sky is placed on an IV drip after her collapse, due to her inability to keep down any food or fluids. Karl suggests Sky might be suffering from an uncommon form of severe morning sickness, called HG. Sky relents to an ultrasound to check that her fall hasn’t harmed her baby. Surprised by the baby’s small size, Karl delivers some news that disturbs Sky – her baby is younger than twelve weeks and therefore can’t be Dylan’s.

In the moments after Sky’s collapse, Dylan’s enduring love for her is apparent. Once the crisis passes, however, he again withdraws behind his proud, cold façade. Believing he only cares about the baby, Sky turns to Stingray for comfort during her ordeal. Dylan’s jealousy leads to an aggressive altercation with Stingray. Janelle’s thrilled to hear that Sky has rattled Dylan, and suspects a reunion is on the horizon. Stingray feels certain any road to reconciliation for Sky and Dylan will be a long and rocky one, so Bree cooks up an idea to speed the process along…

Stingray learns of Kim’s letter and agrees with Bree that Janelle should be kept in the dark to protect her feelings. Brother and sister make a pact to covertly allocate Kim’s money to whichever Timmins needs it most.

Toadie notices the closeness between Ned and Sister Mary Catherine. While he puts a stop to Lou gossiping about the matter, he confronts Ned – does he have feelings for Carmella?

With Carmella’s help and Toadie’s cooperation, Lou finally gets a photo of The Dancing Toad that could win him the cash.
