This is from Today's Daily Star (http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news_detail.html?sku=434) so make of it as you want but....
BIG BROTHER babe Grace Adams-Short has been left scarred for life after a vicious attack by a thug.
She is the latest victim of the BB curse that has seen a string of other former housemates run into trouble.
Grace, 20, was punched to the ground, kicked in the head and had her arms burned with a cigarette.
She was rushed by ambulance to hospital, where she needed eight stitches in her forehead.
Grace (pictured right), who has enjoyed a lucrative modelling career since appearing on BB7 this summer, said last night of the attack: "It was terrifying. The doctors have said I’ll be scarred for life."
The thug struck as Grace and a gay pal left London’s trendy G.A.Y. club in the early hours of yesterday.
Her friend got into a row with a drunken yob outside and Grace – who is dating fellow housemate Mikey Dalton, 23 – tried to calm things down.
The thug then took a swing at her pal, but missed and hit Grace. When she hit the ground, he kicked her and tortured her with his cigarette.
Although Grace became a hate figure on the Channel 4 show because of her back-stabbing antics, she insists the assault had nothing to do with her status as a reality TV star.
She said: "The guy just lashed out because I tried to stop him hurting my friend. He was an animal. I hope he is found and punished.
"What’s weird is that, when I could see the blood pouring down, my first thoughts were, ‘Oh no, my Gucci handbag will be ruined’."
Police last night confirmed they were investigating the assault.
But Grace is not the only Big Brother babe to be attacked. In 2003, Nush Nowak, 26, was battered by a mugger, who left her leg shattered.
The BB curse has hit other contestants, too. Sezer Yurtseven, 24, is being quizzed over rape allegations, while Bonnie Holt, 20, is facing trial on a charge of stealing pizzas.
Pre-op trannie Sam Brodie, 19, was quizzed by police after they caught him trying to use the ladies’ loos.
And gobby Jayne Kitt, 37, faced eviction from her house in Slough, Berks, after failing to pay the rent.
