Chas and Carl's relationship is strained

In the aftermath of the kidnap, relations between Chas and Carl are strained. Matthew suggests to Carl that Chas was involved in the kidnap but he continues to stick by her. When he sees evidence that implies Chas was involved will their relationship survive?
Elsewhere, Pollard plays peacemaker and tries to encourage Diane not to back out of the Woolpack partnership with Val. He tells Diane that Val is just trying to make her proud. Will Diane be convinced and go into business with her sister?
Meanwhile, Grayson is intrigued when his estate agent tells him that Mill Cottage is coming up for sale. When he hears it’s going for a reduced price he puts an offer in. Can he raise the £30,000 he needs for a deposit?

Jo’s perseverance to get her man backfires when Andy knocks her back. She takes the rejection badly and throws a bucket at him, which misses him but startles Perdy’s horse which bolts out of the stables and is injured in the process. Katie is livid and is worried about how Perdy will react when she finds out.
Elsewhere, Diane is resolute about keeping Val out from behind the bar and drafts in Sandy, Len and Betty to help when The Woolpack gets busy. Will Diane stubbornness prove to be her downfall?
Meanwhile, Toni tries to remain upbeat before she goes into surgery to treat her burns. Later, Paddy visits her and is upset when Toni refuses to see him.

Vengeful Perdy takes out her anger on Hari who soon puts her in her place when he presents her with a huge vet’s bill. Perdy passes the bill straight to Katie saying it was her negligence that caused the accident. Katie’s gobsmacked at the size of the bill and things are made worse when she learns her insurance won’t cover it. Is Katie business scuppered before it’s even begun?
Elsewhere, Grayson struggles to secure the mortgage on Mill Cottage. With Perdy desperate to move out of Oakwell Hall can Grayson talk the estate agent round to hand over the keys early?
Meanwhile, Toni is still in pain after her operation and is inundated with unwanted visitors. Laurel, Ashley, and Diane all visit her to wish her well but will Paddy show his face?

Spotting an opportunity to fulfil her own business ambitions, Perdy offers to pay the vets bill herself in exchange for a share in Katie’s business. Meanwhile, Jo turns on the crocodile tears for Hari saying she was to blame for the accident and begs him to delete Katie’s bill. Perdy is stunned to hear the bill has already been paid off. Has Hari cleared the bill or has Jo paid it off?
Meanwhile, Steph returns to the village. Eager to get back into village life she asks for a job at the B&B. When Jean turns down her offer, Steph decides to play on Louise’s jealousy of Jean by telling Louise that she’d like to work at the B&B but the ‘new’ boss has said no. Louise offers her a job to get one over on Jean, forgetting the following evening is the murder mystery night.
Elsewhere, determined to get the money back from Jasmine, Scott tries to sweet talk her into to telling him where the money is hidden. Will Jasmine fall for Scott’s charm?
Val stirs things up

Irritated by Steph’s show of support for Louise, Val decides to stir things up by claiming it’s really busy at the B&B and she should go over and help out her new boss, knowing full well it’s the murder mystery night. Intent on showing willing, she heads over to the B&B and walks into the middle of the murder mystery evening and quickly leaves, feeling hurt and betrayed.
Meanwhile, Perdy invites Andy and Katie over to Oakwell Hallto discuss her investing in Katie’s business. Perdy suggests they go into partnership but is only offering guidance and support rather than money. Will Katie be tempted by Perdy’s offer?
Elsewhere, Rodney hits a new low when he is kicked out of the B&B. His humiliation is compounded further when he has to spend the night sleeping on Viv’s sofa.
Ashley takes Steph under his wing

Turner is relieved to awake to find Steph safe and sound after spending most of the night wandering the streets. Ashley offers Steph support and suggests she move in to Mulberry Cottage with them. How will Laurel react at the news of her new lodger?
Meanwhile, Scott continues to kiss up to Jasmine to gain her trust. Jasmine is endeared but Debbie tells her that Scott stole some of the cash at the monopoly game the night before. Believing she can trust Debbie, Jasmine checks the money in front of her and finds some missing.
Elsewhere, Betty uses her speech at Seth’s headstone ceremony to imply Len and Pearl should put their differences aside as they may not have long left together. At the after dinner they appear to be getting on well. Is Len and Pearl’s relationship back on track?

And it looks as though Chas/Carl have reached the end of the road. I used to like Chas/Carl together but I don't anymore, I think Del would be better for him, she would be more loyal.
