A World Trade Organisation conference is taking place which could signal a breakthrough for poverty in Africa, as the high-octane spy drama continues. The team is brought in to get the American and French representatives to vote "yes"... by fair means or foul.
Ros and Zaf work undercover at the conference hotel, providing them both with an opportunity for some flirting. The French minister is soon convinced to vote "yes", with the American delegate proving a little trickier but not far behind. Job well done, it would appear.
News of an assassination threat to an African leader at the conference forces the team into action. Acting on a tip-off that one of the catering staff might be in on the plot, the entire staff is replaced and Zaf leaves the hotel along with the departing team. But on his way out he realises that one of the waitresses is missing – is she the assassin? The girl is found at the hotel banquet and whisked away with seconds to spare.
Under questioning, the girl reveals that the African leader is about to commit mass genocide on his own people. The team checks out her claims, which appear to be true – so do they follow instructions to detain the assassin or take the law into their own hands?
