Car Boot Sales?????

hi guys me and one of my friends are planning to do a car boot sale in a few weeks, has anyone got any tips??
all suggestions gratefully recieved!!!!!! thanksxxxx

These are some of the things I made sure of when I have done boot sales:


Get there early to get a good pitch
Keep your doors locked on the way in, and keep an eye on everything whilst you are setting up - things have a tendancy to disappear whilst you aren't looking (lol)
Be open to bartering
Dont price too high, price realistically, and maybe slightly higher than you want, so if you get knocked down, you still get roughly what you want for the item
Arrange your items, don't just chuck them on the table/in a box (unless they're baby clothes etc)

sell sell sell my only tip:P haha just dont do what i did selling stuff outside my front garden lol i tried selling a plastic toy soldier them really small ones for £62 as u can guess no one brought it lol but then again i was 9 i was young and foolish lol but good luck with the boot sale:D

me and my mum have done a few, so make sure you wrap up cos its cold early in the morning oh and dont but prices too high as they wont buy stuff thats too high.
