Soap Boards Big Brother
Coming to Soap Boards 06 is a new series of Soap Boards Big Brother, brought to you again by Dawn (Jessie Wallace) and Bryan (Bondboffin). Based on the hit reality TV show…Big Brother meets Soap Boards in this 5-week reality boards extravaganza!
The lucky chosen 14 members will be required to take on a new soap board account, which they will use for 5 weeks (or until they are evicted). Whilst using this account the members will have to create a new identity for themselves, with a new personality and change their opinions on almost everything, from soaps/dramas to Music and Sports, and the way in which they come across on the boards. The whole purpose of this is so that no-body actually knows which Soapboards Member is which Big Brother contestant. The identities of each contestant will only be revealed once they have been evicted from the Big Brother Forum!
Anyone who is interested in participating in this must send a 30-word audition plea to either Dawn Or Bryan. (I want to be on SBBB because…) Please have your applications into us by 22nd September. Successful members will be notified before the end of September for the competition’s launch on 6th October 2006.
More details will be supplied nearer the date, anybody with any queries pm or email Dawn or Bryan.

we are going to try and make it much more informative this time round, so as members know what has been going on, and where to look for specific bits

If you are a bit shy and don't know many users on SB then I would highly recommend that you enter. I hardly spoke to anyone before applying for the last sbbb, but once I did I met a whole lot of new friends that I probably woudln't have if I hadn't applied. If nothing else its a laugh and you've nothing to loose except your sanity :rotfl:

Due to various personal reasons me and Dawn have not had chance to go trough the final list of who is who yet. Do not worry, we will be letting everyone know (sucessful and unsucessful candidates) this Friday.
Just to highlight that we will require you to set up your sbbb account as soon as possible, as for technical reasons you will only be able to sign up from friday-monday.
We will give contestants more information at the weekend.

Good luck and enjoy yourself to the max. Some advice don't take the bitchiness and negatives comments to heart as its the character they are slagging off not you, but at the same time try and keep the banter light-hearted. :D Remember its all pretend they're not real

"Oddie pour me another large baracdi" I would agree with you there Kath - the other thing I would say, is if you are going to bitch about housemates, remember, there is a person behind the sbbb persona so like Kath said, try and keep the banter light hearted to an extent, as if you are on the receiving end of some of the nastiness (as I was last year) it does make it hard to log on and keep up the persona you were given, when you feel everyone is against you.

I have no idea where you get all this info from how do you know adam has 2 accounts? and how do you know natalie arrived late???
is there somewhere that says allt his stuff - I know you said about that thing at the bottom of the page but im a total techno phobe n didnt have a clue what you were on about and could find it :( i feel like im missing out :(

Adam made a mistake when registering (sbbb~_adam) so he made a proper one (sbbb_adam) this was in the user online thing on that day.
I didn't say natalie had arrived late or going to but I'm just suprised she didn't make another account like adam with a _ in it eg. sbbb_natalie.. she has sbbbnatalie now.
