There's loads of threads about your favourite film, and such just a like. But what one film, means something to you? Or when you're sad, what's the one film that will definately cheer you up? Perhaps a certain film has made you think about life and how good it really is or something?

For me, one film has to be 'The Sound of Music' I've watched it growing up, and it never fails to cheer me up. Another film that makes me cheer up is 'Practiacal Magic' I don't quite know why, but whenever I feel down, I can stick on that film, and feel instantly lifted.

So what is it for you?

Mine has to be Bend It Like Beckham because i am really into football and i want to make it but when i lived in england i couldnt find a team so i have only started to play over here and like not being big headed i am really good and hopefully if i join the right team next season i will get noticed and also its about a girl playing football and many people dont beleive that girls are that good when they are

Way to go, Kayley!!!
I love that film too "who wants to cook aloo gobi when you can bend a ball like beckham". It shows that sterotyping is no more and that women can play football too.

The first film that I saw with my hubby was Moonstruck (Cher was in it).

1988 in Wimbeldon - a different lifetime.....

I love Brassed off. I always watch it as i feel the music always cheers me up even though the subject is quite depressing. I love the happy....ish ending as well.
