Paul Gascoigne has admitted that he never wants to see step-daughter Bianca again.
The former England star is furious after learning that Bianca has spoken to her fellow Love Island contestants about how he was abusive to her mother.
"I'm being used all over again," Paul told The Mirror. "Without me, Bianca would be nothing. What exactly is she famous for? Nothing. If someone could tell me, they'd be a genius. Seeing her swan around with all those other celebrities makes me feel sick.
"She's definitely the least famous one in there but I'm sure she's going to win - because of my surname. I don't think I could see her again. Why would I want to see someone who has completely slaughtered me? It would be too difficult. If she hates me that much, why is she using my name? I'm genuinely confused.
"She's not my stepdaughter - she is nothing to do with me any more. She isn't a celebrity either. I can't stand the name Gascoigne being used yet again. The other contestants will realise what she's like soon enough, though."
She's using Love Island as a quick route to fame and fortune. I don't know what she wants to be, or if she has any talent, but she's having a good go at it.
"My friends are furious that she is exploiting my name. They've never slagged me off, it's only my so-called family who have."
In a reference to Bianca's real father's surname Kyle, he says with a smile: "I'm thinking of consulting my lawyer about changing my surname to Kyle, so she can't rely on mine.
"But I know that would upset my parents, so I won't do it. They - and my brother and two sisters - are the only family I have now. Them and Regan." Gazza fell for Bianca's mum, Sheryl, back in 1991 and married her in 1996. They divorced two years later, then had an on-off relationship until 2003.
At the time, he took on Bianca and her younger brother Mason, now 16, as his own, and Sheryl gave birth to his only child, son Regan, who's now aged 10.
On Love Island, Bianca has confided to other contestants that Gazza was abusive to her mum - who has spoken of Gazza beating her - and difficult to live with.
And last week, Bianca's ex-flatmate, Peter Blowes, added fuel to the fire by claiming that she put a call from a distraught Gazza on to their speaker phone, so all her drug-fuelled friends could hear him crying.
Gazza was calling from hospital, where he was ill with pneumonia, in the hope of making a fresh start with Bianca. But with disdain, she allegedly boasted: "This is your idol. Listen to this idiot, he's pathetic."
Today, Gazza is clearly devastated that the girl he used to think of as his daughter, and to whom he gave money to buy a car, could do this to him. Reformed boozer Gazza, 39, says: "I am an alcoholic. I've recently got back from AA meetings in California. I went there to get away while Love Island was on. Unfortunately, I got the timing wrong and returned before it started.
"Bianca is a fame-hungry, money-grabbing nobody. What would she be doing if it wasn't for me? I have no idea."
He is so sickened by her decision to go on the show - which throws Z-list celebs together on a Fiji island - that he has only been able to tune in for six minutes.
"I had decided not to watch it but came across it when I was flicking through the channels," he says.
"Bianca was crying. I later found out that it was because her lover Leo (Ihenacho of The Streets) had just been evicted. But I refuse to watch it again."
OF the sexy good looks that have attracted the other contestants to her, Gazza says: "I don't know what she's had done but she's looking good, I'll give her that. I think she has had a boob job - and I probably paid for it with the money she's made from caning me."
It was his long-time mate, Jimmy "Five Bellies" Gardner, who has given the former Spurs, Newcastle and Lazio midfielder the news about Bianca.
"I can't read the papers anymore because of what Sheryl, Bianca and Mason have said bout me," he says.
Last year, the three gave a damning account of both physical and emotional abuse at Gazza's hands. Mason said the star beat him and Bianca said she was till scarred from hearing the footballer attack her mother.
Gazza admitted attacking Sheryl in a drunken rage in 1996, leaving her with a black eye, a badly bruised face and with her arm in a sling. He publicly apologised, saying: "I deeply regret what happened. It will ive with me for ever."
His drinking has been as well documented as the domestic violence, and last December he was sacked from his manager's job at Kettering Town after 37 drink-related incidents in just 39 days.
Then followed a spell in rehab in America and his new book, Being Gazza - My Journey To Hell And Back.
Today, he reiterates: "I've made my mistakes but I've moved on. Sheryl hasn't.
"At least I feel the public have supported me through my life and I am always grateful for that."
Nowadays, he refuses to see Sheryl, or go to her house in Malpas, Cheshire, to pick up their son, Regan.
"I make sure I pick him up from the school gates - I don't want anything to do with her any more," he explains.
Gazza - now renting a flat in Newcastle and set to appear regularly on Football Italia on Bravo TV this season, says he's now looking towards the future - and starting another family.
"I'd like another son and another daughter," he says.
And although he's been pictured out with women, he says he's still looking for love. What kind of woman would he go for?
"Anyone that's not like my ex," he laughs bitterly. "And that, surely, is just about every woman.
"Sheryl is a money-grabbing gold-digger. And by going on Love Island, Bianca has proved she's got the potential to be just the same."
