Just like to point out that I got no clue what's going on in Doctor Who, so please excuse me if everyone knows Billie Piper is leaving/left!! :lol:
The actress was being interviewed by the BBC's Breakfast show, and said she thought the Doctor's new assistant would handle the job "perfectly".
Billie said Freema Agyeman "is in good company. She's got the wonderful David Tennant. She'll handle it."
She was filming for her new series, The Ruby in the Smoke, by Philip Pullman, set in Victorian London, which she said was "quite gritty, quite dark".
But if she thought she'd be having a comfortable time, like she had with Rose Tyler's casual costumes, she was wrong.
She said: "I've got a corset, three petticoats, a cage, a bustle - the bit that kicks out at the back, it makes you look booty-licious as they say.
"It only takes 10 minutes to get into, but the hair and make-up does take a while."
