Monday: Pauline and Martin argue over Sonia’s access to Rebecca. Joe disappears for a few weeks but comes back to support Martin. Denise tells Kevin she no longer wishes to see him. Kevin is shocked. Stacey gets hold of the wrong end of the stick and shouts at someone in the café while Charlie’s left eyebrow twitches.

Tuesday: Phil buys Ben a present and they get on well together. Max and Bradley meet in the Queen Vic and agree to give it one last try. Owen beats Denise up while Squiggle is happy that things are back to normal. Wellard buries a bone in Ian’s garden.

Thursday: Patrick and Yolande decide to put in an appearance for a few minutes. Minty and Garry argue over SJ. Sonia tells Gus that thanks to him she is no longer a lesbian but their relationship has to end. Jim sees Max in the street and crosses over to the other side of the road.

Friday: Bert and Mo think up a scam but it backfires on them with hilarious consequences. Keith sits around in his armchair all day while Dawn tries to get him to go and find a job. Ruby makes a big decision and asks Jake for money to go to acting school. Winston signs a new contract with Eastenders giving him a starring role in an upcoming story line involving Peggy Mitchell, Ian Beale and a smoked haddock.

But it does say something about the state of EE, when if you took out a couple sentences (like the Ruby one), it would be practically impossible to tell whether it was real or not, :lol:

Wow! Another exciting week in Walford. Can't wait to see Wellard bury his bone, this will be one of the best storylines we've had for a while:lol: Things are starting to look up now thanks to wellard and his bone! A sure ratings winner:lol:

Pulling thread back on track..........and just to answer that point about Squiggle being pleased her parents were seemingly back together. Squiggle doesn't actually know her father is a wife beater. Obviously, if she did, it would change her feelings towards him.
