Big Brother 2006 contestant Nikki Grahame is to have her own TV show, Princess Nikki, on digital channel E4.
The model, 24, of Watford, Herts, gained a reputation for throwing temper tantrums on the Channel 4 reality show before she was evicted on 14 July.
The programme will follow her attempts to hold down an everyday job - referencing her stroppy turn as a PA in a Big Brother task.
It will be shown on E4 after Big Brother ends later this summer.
"They won't tell me what jobs I'll be doing, but they've told me they'll be tough," said Ms Grahame in a statement.
"As long as they don't make me a bin woman or put me on a fishing boat in the middle of the North Sea, I'll be okay."
A producer for the programme said: "Bin woman and deep sea trawler fisher-person are high on our list."
Ms Grahame is not the first Big Brother contestant to launch a TV career.
Anna Nolan, from the first series, hosts a magazine programme, The Afternoon Show, in Ireland.
Jade Goody, from series three, and this year's winner of Celebrity Big Brother, Chantelle Houghton, have also secured their own TV shows.

Theres a comedian in Ireland who had a TV show just like this and i think it works really well, its good TV anyway.

The Des Bishop experience... he went into different jobs every month like he was an ordinary person and did the work he had to do.. it did work week and made great TV too

Thats the guy im thinking about Des bishop, he hilarious. I remember catching an episode when he was going round Cork.
It is simular to the simular. but it hink Nikki will make it indivual. we all know what shes like.
Its on tonight i cant wait cos i just think its going to be really funny, plus i love Nikki
10 OClock isnt it. Was going to watch it but am watching the last episode of Big Ron Manger on Sky 2. We haven t got Sky + yet im working on it. Ill probably catch it nect week. THe ads look hilarious.

What a pile of rubbish, saw the end bit with the chip shop. I hope she is sensable with the money she got from Big Brother, coz no-one else is going to employ her now!

And going on about "I'm not doing this anymore!".... Come on, it wasn't that hard- and she didn't even bother to lift a finger.
i thought it was just what was to be expected from nikki. i had to laugh when esther said to her about her wrist action or lack of it and nikki said pete doesn't mind.

I just watched it and cannot make out if she was acting or not?
it was very dire and there was no need to act like that and I cannt understand why she threw such a fit over the hotel....what was wrong with the hotel?
I liked the part where she stole the water I fully expected that woman to slap her silly.
i watched it on wednesday and i have to say if i had been in nikki's shoes, i wouldn't have done some of the jobs she was asked to. i think the producers are not being fair to her at all. if they put her into normal jobs and gave her a chance, she might manage to get through 2 minutes without crying. ok, i know she had the job in the chip shop but she was fine when she was serving people. i spent a lot of time on a farm when i was a kid and never once was i asked to do or to look at someone putting their hand up a cows ****.
maybe i should put this in the unpopular opinions thread.:eek:

I disagree. she knew what she was getting herself into when she agreed to do the series. and a hell of a lot of it was her acting up to the cameras. Ok maybe the idea of her trying to feel the calf may have been ott but its farmlife! That is the only thing that may have been pushing it. Cleaning out the pigs and collecting eggs where is the hardness in that? She seemed to be enjoying herself feeding the calves!
If the show was made up of nikki working is tesco and sitting there all day. Would anyone actulary watch it because that would be really boring!

Didnt see last weeks but i watched it this week and it she me laugh out loud yet again! Some of the things she came out with :rotfl: For example the "I'd rather... Id rather... actually i cant think of anything id rather do" Bless her. what she meant was she couldnt thinkof anything worse but it came out meaning quite the opposite. And when she went into the thing begining with A (that i can say but cant spell!lol) where they kill animals abatoir or somthing ???
Did think some bits were OTT like the whole bag drama before she'd even got out the truck. lol. I wouldnt have shoved my hand where she was asked to, i probably wouldnt have clean out the poo, or collect eggs, i think id only manage the job of feeding the baby animals (forget what they were)
I think the problem with this show, is it gets so repetitive. Every time, shes just going to have a tantrum about whatever she has to do, and nothing else really happens. I mean, its ok to watch if nothing else is on, but i'm not really going to make a point of watching it from now on. Only so much of Nikki's tantrums you can take!!
