Sezer was arrested on Saturday by police investigating an alleged rape, according to a report in today's The Sun.
A well-known glamour model has claimed that the alleged incident took place in the early hours of Friday morning at the Great Eastern Hotel in Shoreditch, East London. 26-year-old Sezer, who was voted out of the house after two weeks, denies the claims.
A spokesperson for City of London police said: "Following an allegation of rape made concerning an alleged incident on Friday morning, we arrested a 26-year-old man who has now been bailed to reappear at a police station on a date in August."
The hearing has apparently been set for August 17, one day before the Big Brother final is held.
