Nathan, furious about his needle-stick injury, is determined to find out who is responsible, as the medical drama continues. When a patient tries to steal drugs from the Hepatitis B drug clinic and causes mayhem in ED, Nathan uses this as an excuse to close the clinic once and for all.
Meanwhile, Kelsey starts a rumour that Greg is gay, and she and Nina make it their mission to find out. Greg guesses what they are up to and to prove he is straight he spins Nina around and kisses her playfully on the lips. Abs looks on, jealous.
Sean Wilson (formerly Martin Platt in Coronation Street) guest stars as Sean, who impales his foot on a chopstick while playing with his niece.
Nathan is played by Ben Price, Kelsey by Janine Mellor, Greg by Kip Gamblin, Nina by Rebekah Gibbs and Abs by James Redmond.
