Anyway until it is; what do you reckon?! will she have an abortion? a miscarriage? or keep the baby?!

An abortion more than likely. As other people have said, there's more than likely to be some manipulation on Sean's part. Won't want Stacey to ruin her life. Probably thinks it's the worst thing in the world for her to be tied down to Bradley forever.

I could see his point. As much as I love Bradley, as an outsider, it's difficult to imagine Stacey falling for somebody like him. Maybe Sean thinks she's staying with him as some sort of obligation. Because she's frightened of being alone. Perhaps he thinks now she's got him, she can let Bradley go?!
