Ok well i only saw a tiny tiny bit of it last night but i have no idea who half of them are, can somebody help me?

Jojo

Shane was married to one of Kelle's band mates (a bit like Fran and Liz last time)

But Sophie Anderton used to go out with Chris Brosnan (sorry - he doesn't take after his dad in the looks department does he!!)

I really felt for Sophie though - talk about humilated before even arriving on the island!

Lee Ottway looks a little out of place, I have to say, although his face is very much like a kid in a sweetshops.

Bianca Gascoigne definitely takes after her mum in the looks department - very pretty girl.

Surprised at Brendan Cole's tears last night. And surprised that the viewers put Shane Lynch in with Sophie.

In the other CLI thread I posted who was who though Abblette - although the majority of them are unknowns really (not what i'd call celebs anyway)

Plus the other side of it is, that if they were what you'd call A list celebs, they really wouldn't be looking at a tv show, to possibly make a complete pratt of themselves over a guy/girl :rotfl:

They should do this with members of the public who can't afford holidays to Fiji etc, rather than Celebs who can well afford it - do you think they'd take me :D :rotfl:

tammyy2j

The celebs (if you can call them that) are

Sophie Anderton - mobile and ex cocaine addict
Kelle Bryan - Ex singer Eternal
Alicia Douvall - Kiss and Tell story queen / cosmetic surgery queen
Bianca Gascogine - Gazza's stepdaughter
Colleen Shannon - Playmate and DJ
Lady Victoria Hervey - Party Girl

Leo Ihenacho - singer in the band The Streets
Brendan Cole - Strictly Come Dancing
Shane Lynch - Ex Boyzone member
Lee Otway - ex Bombead in Hollyoaks
Chris Brosnan - Pierce Brosnan stepson

After watching last night, I thought Shane Lynch was hilarious especially getting Lee and Brendan to cry and not wanting to sleep with Lady V. I hoped Brendan would be going into the love shack with Sophie. Ex Hubby of the bandmate was done last year again with Fran and Liz and putting in ex was done also with Abi and Calum. I didn't know who some of the celebs were.

I think Brendan and Sophie would have been far better in the shack. I dont understand why he didnt choose her at the beginning though, when he said she really caught his eye. Why pick Kelle if it was Sophie that caught his attention :searchme:

tammyy2j

Leo Ihenacho needs to go. Saying that women should be able to cook, look good and be good in bed he is a sexiest who is completely in look with himself. Alicia serving beans, bread and grapes what a recipe.

She cracked me up last night - brilliant bread slicing :rotfl:

Anyone else want to get Shane out of the Love Shack and put someone else in (personally I'd like to put Brendan in there) ??

And Alicia last night - when she was all upset about being the single celeb and saying how humiliating it was - now she knows how it felt to be Sophie Anderton on the first day

I agree Shane needs to be put out and Brendan in. I really think him and Sophie would be good in the love shack. I'm confused as to why Fr. Shane took part as he won't share a bed with a female contestant this is all part of Love Island.

Jojo

And he took a vow of celibacy prior to going out there!! Why oh why!?!

I still can't understand why Brendan didn't choose Sophie on the first day, when he said that she was the first one that attracted his attention :searchme: Lets all start voting now and maybe he'll be in there by the end of the night lol

Paul Danan will return to 'Love Island'

Thursday, July 13 2006, 11:48 BST - by Daniel Kilkelly
Paul Danan is to make a return to Love Island, ITV has confirmed.

The former Hollyoaks actor, who tried his luck with several of the girls on last year's series, will be back in Fiji for another attempt at finding romance.

"The iconic Island figure that kept us hooked last year is making a return, and there’s absolutely nothing anyone can do about it," the show's official site reports. "Whilst you’ll have to watch this space as to the exact details of perky Paul’s dramatic return, we can reveal that our resortees will get the shock of their lives in the extremely near future."

Today's Daily Star claims that Danan will be joined by a string a new of celebrities, including designer Donatella Versace, Atomic Kitten singer Natasha Hamilton, rapper Goldie, chef Jean Christophe Novelli and boxer Chris Eubank.

A source revealed, "This year what the stars on Love Island have got to learn is that they only thing to expect is the unexpected. No one should take anything for granted. They will need to up their game and fight for the girl or boy they have their eye on, because everything could change. It will make gripping viewing too."

I read the same about Paul in this weeks heat magazine too - looks like theres a single celebrity for another reason than just being humiliated and having to cook clean etc maybe :searchme:

Jojo
15-07-2006, 11:18
Wow - can't believe Alicia stormed off last night. And all bar 4 of the "celebs" refusing to vote too (although they did vote for Alicia so she would have been evicted anyway!)

And the daily decider - I was in stitches. I still can't believe that Chris was mopping up the food that Colleen had regurgitated with his mustard sandwich!!!! GROSS!!

So Paul returned last night and tonight we get Steve O from Jackass. Sophie and Lady V were being horrible to Paul last night so what if he was with Lady V sister Isabella and was drunk alot last year it was a funny and entertaining. I hope Sophie and Lady V goes out next.

Jojo
18-07-2006, 22:54
Sophie has got to go!! She was sooo "not" bothered about Shane and Colleen having the meal in the shack and then had a go at Lee  She has got to be centre of attention all the time and is now moaning about Lady V, who is supposed to be her friend. Get her out of there!

Funny, Paul Danan being the calm voice of reason when Steve O was kicking off - do you think he looked at him and thought, is that how much of a pratt I looked like last year! :rotfl:

Katy
19-07-2006, 10:48
i noticed that to when i first looked at it i thought that it was Paul Kicking off but it wasnt, all the guys look really famililer as they have the same hairstyle.

Jojo

lol - yeh - the same shaven hairstyle. Good old father shane to calm things down and talk the voice of reason though.

I hope Shane wins and Kelly/Colleen to win.

Sophie has got to realise Shane is not interested in her. It is pretty obvious. I hope Sophie or Lady V goes out soon. I think Sophie is annoying everyone is the house when she goes on about her "relationship" with Shane.

19-07-2006, 13:05
From the website:

Following a tumultuous night wracked with emotion, we can officially reveal that Jackass star Steve-O has left the resort.

Yes, it’s official, Steve-O left Love Island this morning after a night complaining that he had no beer or chocolate, and that producers were not looking after the celebrities.

Producers agreed he should go, after the Jackass star had been ranting about the lack of supplies.

Natalka Znak, Executive Producer of the show, said, “Steve-O became very emotional last night and again this morning, and was upsetting some of the other celebrities.

“We therefore agreed with him that he should go home.

“He has been great entertainment since he arrived on Monday, and we thank him for his contribution.”

and

Good riddance, out you go!” is Brendan’s brusque response to Steve-O’s storming departure. “Thank God!” is Sophie’s sensitive sign-off. So is the general consensus ‘better out than in?’

Yes, it’s the morning after the night before, and following a rather bumpy build up to another beach side brekky, the celebs take stock on the Steve-O saga.

“He’s too much of a loose cannon,” Sophie says through a mouthful of soy milk.

But it is family figurehead Father Shane who responds to the news with the most in-depth analogy.

“It was just a really ironic situation,” he sighs.

“He said he came in here with no consideration for others whatsoever, and one night he realised you’ve got to be considerate about a group, and then that consideration went above and beyond.”

Paul is less positive however, comparing their politeness to a pop star 'esque status.

“We know the score and the way it is, and we’re not going to start being prima donnas and Mariah Careys,” he declares.

“I didn’t think he would ever be like that.”

Katy

Brendan Cole sounds really upset to see him go. NOT.

They just played a clip of him ranting about how he didnt like him on the radio.

22-07-2006, 09:17
OK what on earth are the public doing keeping in Sophie Anderton?? Shane doesn't like her in that way, she wont leave him alone and she wont allow anyone else to go near him - she should have been the one to be evicted last night and let Shane get to know the other islanders!

And then when it was between Kelle, Chris or Victoria - the public splits the couple and keeps Kelle in?! What on earth is going on?? Where is the sense in that?!

Loved Brendans challenge though - pulling faces with Bianca, tickling Sophie, playing sharks with Colleen, doing pat a cake with Victoria and blowing raspberries on Kelle's belly and managing to get her to do it back too! Brilliant!

And theres another new person arriving on Sunday!! Anyone know who it is?? They must be female surely as we've had Steve O and Paul Danan, but who - I haven't managed to find anything about it anywhere.....

2 more new house guests are arriving soon, and so soon after new house guest, Emily Scott has arrived too....just found this on the website:

We want to give Paul a twin sandwich!” Love Island’s latest upcoming house guests Eve and Emma Ryan reveal.

And look out Sophie, they’re after Shane and they’re not at all scared to take him!

Oh lordy lordy lord! Our Love Island lotharios have seriously got it coming to them when we unleash tantalising twins Eve and Emma upon the resort.

Glamour girls and true naughty northerners, our identical eye candy are going in with their sights set on most of the men and a sting in their scorpio tails should anyone stand in the way of their prize.

And first on the list is one perky Paul Danan. Could his week get any better?

First we send in cheeky chappy loving Aussie bikini babe Emily Scott to douse the fires of his discontent and give him new hope in a lovelorn lull.

“We’re going to be his little playmates,” twinkly twin Emma giggled, as we listened in total shock and awe!

“He would appreciate it, that is the thing.” Ah, yes, he just might Emma, he just might…

So what is it about the man Danan that has caught the eyes of our dynamic duo?

“He is so like us personality wise,” Eve sighs wistfully. “He doesn’t take himself too easily, he’s mischievous.”

So is this a common occurrence on the Ryan ranch? Do Eve and Emma always go for the same guy?

“No, we don’t share the same taste in men, “Eve told us adamantly. “Emma goes for geeky, ugly guys, and I go for the muscles.”

And based on this clear-cut analogy, Emma’s already got the Love Island hunks sussed.

“Chris Brosnan; my kind of guy, Brendan; Eve’s kind of guy,” she explains.

Aah, but there’s more, and it appears that despite all health and safety warnings they may receive before heading into the resort, our gallant girls are planning to steam on in and shake their thangs at 'Sophie's' Shane!

“We both actually do like Shane, but we think it’s a case of what you can’t have,” Eve sighed.

“Sophie just needs to get knocked off her pedestal.

“I think that we’re going to clash. I don’t know how she’d react to me but I’d just have to say, ‘No, No, I’m not having someone tell me who I can choose and who I can’t choose!’”

That’s the spirit ladies! Come back soon to find out just how long we have to wait before these knights with shining ardour wreak havoc on the resort!

Anything to see Sophie not get her own way, thats what I say :rotfl:

I made myself stay awake last night to see who joined Shane in the Love Shack - brilliant - Sophie made a complete t*t of herself (again!!) all this weeping and wailing - talk about marking your territory - Emily won't enjoy it one bit knowing she has to face Sophie - I hope she tells Shane about her conversation with Sophie where she "told" Emily that "Shane is taken obviously", and how they like to play it cool in public - she will never hold her head high in public again once she gets out.

Jojo
25-07-2006, 23:02
I love the fact Sophie keeps "crying" but I am still yet to see her shed an actual tear! Please lets get her out this week - she is doing my head in and I think it would be much more fun in there with Miss Bossy Boots

Celebrity Big Brother veteran Dennis Rodman is on his way to Love Island.
TV bosses will be hoping that the basketball star, who claims to have slept with more than 2,000 women, will spice up the reality show.
Rodman, 45, dated Madonna and married ex-Baywatch star Carmen Electra for just nine days.
But his reputation as a womaniser was dented on Celebrity Big Brother, when he was rebuffed by the female contestants.
The cross-dresser, who will be staying on the island for up to a week, could blow his fuse at model Sophie Anderton's eccentric behaviour.
She has been sobbing over ex-Boyzone singer Shane Lynch's departure to the loveshack with swimwear model Emily Scott, even though his feelings don't appear to be as strong towards her.
She told Bianca Gascoigne: "If you fall for someone you don't want to be apart from them. I've fallen for someone and it's on this f** show and it shouldn't be."
The smitten model told newcomer Paul Danan: "We are like peas in a pod when it comes to everything we love. I'm the only girl he talks to seriously. I know I'm the only girl he's interested in here."
But Shane seems relieved to out of the model's clutches, saying: "I am glad I am in there with Emily as opposed to anyone else."
Sophie sobbed later: "I know Shane inside out, we have a connection that isn't going to get broken and I only just realised how strong my feelings are."

I really hopes Sophie goes she is so annoying i really hope someone snaps and tells her the truth i think Kelle might hopefully. Brendan bitching to Bianca about Kelle picking him who else would have picked him has any of the other girls shown interest in him and Kelle was the last to pick. I think Sophie has to stop telling everyone who to pick. Colleen likes Chris and Shane i think but is afraid of Sophie. I hope Shane hooks with Emily in the Love Shack.

Ok - I love Dennis Rodman - "well, the news on the street is that there is a bitch in here" (or words to that effect) :rotfl: how brilliant!!! And she didn't realise it was her and tried to blame it on Victoria!!! Please, I appeal to all viewers - vote her out of there!!!

I feel bad for lee as i think collen is completly leading him on. But he isn't getting the message. Lol i loved that fight yesterday and dennis was such a coward he couldn't deal with it lol. I think bianca will go next

Jojo
31-07-2006, 15:52
Why couldn't Colleen just say to Lee, look youre a nice guy and everything, but I don't like you in that way - rather than leading him even further up the garden path. I loved the way that Lee was saying that Paul was pooping his pants cos of Dennis, yet Paul and Dennis were in total agreement with everything and there was nothing wrong between them - Lee was the one who got involved in "protecting his lady's honour" when she really isn't his "lady" to protect.

03-08-2006, 10:06
Poor Lee he should have seen it coming. Now we get Abs (does he think he is Ali G with that accent?). Colleen knows all the guys like her and she likes the attention i hope she gets voted out next.

Chloe O'brien
03-08-2006, 12:41
I hope colleen goes this week, although Sophie is a drama queen I could put up with her moaning for another week just to get rid of Colleen. She knows the camera is on her and is playing up to them. The way she is treating Lee is shocking, bless him he is so guilible to her, she needs a taste of her own medicine. As for AB's did you here the coment that Petrick made last night about him being as carabeian as a can of LILT :rotfl:  classic.

Jojo
03-08-2006, 16:54
Colleen is a complete tease - she has to go. Although Lee is really annoying me, shes treating the guys pathetically and needs to be shown that playing that game isn't going to work with the viewers. Sophie needs to go too - her tantrums and "tears" (anyone spotted any yet?!) are really grating me now - she is another one who knows exactly what she is doing and whilst its not washing very much now with her fellow islanders - the public seem be letting her stay!! Get her out! Please!!

Abs - OMG - what can you say to him! His hair, his "accent" jees let him not be staying very long. And why on earth have they put another one of Sophies ex's in there - ok maybe to wind her up I suppose, but can't we have some "fresh meat" in there please :rotfl:

Brendan and Eve - awww bless - quite sweet really. Looked pretty contented in the love shack but will it last now they are back in camp :hmm:

Danan in threat to quit 'Love Island'?

Paul Danan has threatened to quit Love Island unless producers bring in more female contestants, the Daily Star claims today.

The former Hollyoaks actor has complained of boredom in Beach Hut chats with executives.

"I was told it was going to be a lot more active, not just sunbathing," he explained. "But last year it was just like this and it drove me mad. I'll be happy to stay another week but that'll be enough."

A show source confirmed, "Paul's going potty. There are no women he can go for and he's on the verge of leaving the show. At the moment, he's just holding out for more talent."

What does he mean there is no women to go for. he is all over everything with a pulse that steps onto the island. He must think he's god's gift to women. Get him off and put Patrick in :D

I would love to see Patrick in there. Poor Kelle she is making an idiot of herself Abs and Chris are not interested. In that resort Colleen has then all interested only. Sophie and Paul and Lee and Paul row yesterday were not Paul's fault i wished Paul would smack Lee and someone smack Sophie. Lee needs to go back to preschool.

Jojo
04-08-2006, 10:21
I really felt for Paul yesterday - how can Sophie have the nerve to call him spoilt!!!

Lee was totally out of order and like Abs said, if they had been anywhere else, Paul would have lamped him one and put him on his backside.

tammyy2j

OMG Paul evicted and Shane leaves none of the other guys are anyway entertaining. Calum Best arrives now will he and Bianca hook up?

Jojo
08-08-2006, 10:18
I think they might do - the way they've been with each other already and Bianca admitted that she'd fancied him for years!

Shame Pauls gone though and now Shane has left are they going to replace him, or leave it at that :searchme:

What about Sophie and Chris!!! There was Chris saying to Dennis Rodman that he had been there, and would definitely not go there again, and now, they are under the duvet!!!!

Lee made me laugh though when Shane left, and Paddy's impression of him "I've shaved me head like you and gonna get me ears pierced and everything"!!! :rotfl: Oh dear - Lee has got to go!!

tammyy2j
09-08-2006, 12:26
Sophie is such a hypocrite she has a fit when Paul pulls her bikini bottoms yet she has no problems pulling down Lee pants when he is tried up. I really hope Sophie goes soon. I want Kelle to win and i hope she or Bianca smacks Sophie soon.

Is it true that Kate Lawler from BB is coming in soon even though at the beginning she refused and was dishing the show and now because they upped the money is doing it.

Jojo
09-08-2006, 13:25
I don't know about Kate Lawler (I severely hope not!).

Sophie is pathetic! One minute she loves Shane, the next shes got her eyes on two people in the camp, Chris being one (didn't he say to Dennis Rodman he was never going to go there again?!) and I think the other being Calum, but now because him and Bianca are getting it on, shes gonna leave him alone - for now.

I thought it was disgusting her asking the others to throw the arm wrestling so she could go with Chris, and then to go dancing round as if she had won!! Words cannot describe what I feel about that "woman" (term used very loosely!). And like you said Tammy, the way she reacted when Paul flicked hers, but then thinks its ok to pull his down, when he has no way of hiding himself - she should have been slapped there and then. Intereferring all the time when she thinks the limelight is taken away from her etc

Go Kelle though - at least she told them exactly what she thought (funny how Sophie tried turning it on her again, but saying that she had to go cos she had to see the medics even though there was nothing wrong with her - another ploy to try and get the focus back on her again maybe) and then Sophie had the cheek to say it was none of her business - well, maybe Sophie should mind her own business about everyone else too then!!!

Arrrgghhhhh - rant over - do you get the impression I don't like Sophie :rotfl:

Sophie is just a spoilt brat who thinks she should get her own way all the time. The way her and Chris won the day trip decider was scandalous they should have been disqualified for their behaviour, and with her trying to s**tstir things between Bianca & Callum she is such a bitch. The sooner she goes the better hopefully this week

Jojo
09-08-2006, 21:16
I don't understand how the producers are letting her get away with all of it though - the daily decider fixing yesterday, telling people who they can choose for their partners each week - the producers should have made it so Chris and Sophie didn't go because of it

tammyy2j
10-08-2006, 15:43
Sophie needs to go now not every male in the resort wants her and she can take Chris, Colleen and Lee with her. With Calum and Paul from last year in this years will they bring in any of the girls from last year maybe Jayne or Abbie in too. I think Colleen likes maybe Calum and Chris but is intimated by Sophie. Bianca so wants Calum it is going to happen.

did you see tonights show they are going to put Lady Victoria back in on Sunday and she is going to kick sophie's ass. I know I want sophie to be kicked of the island but I hope she survives Sunday's eviction just to see her face. I want lee to go instead this week

Its going to be brilliant! I can't wait - Lady V is baying for Sophie's blood. Doesn't it show what Sophie is like though - to say they (her and Chris) have a real connection especially after going out before, when they were only together for a week!!! :rotfl:

The brill thing is that Lady V has been seeing what has been happening since shes been gone, and she is going to kick butt hopefully!! :cheer: Bring on Sunday!!!

Question: If Lady V goes in Sunday, does that mean she is going to confront Sophie before or after the eviction?? :searchme:

Jojo
12-08-2006, 11:07
She’s knows all about the snogging and cavorting with Chris, and now Lady V’s back to settle her score with Sophie!

It’s the stuff of dreams!

Yes, it’s tense, it’s crazy, it’s ridiculously exciting - Lady V has flown back to Love Island to have it out with The Anderton!

And she’s not a happy bunny, let us tell you!

Knowing that Sophie and Chris were old flames, Vicky paved the way for her passion in the Resort by requestion permission to pull him from her loyal buddy of 10 years.

Then having shared kisses, cuddles and the odd shower rendezvous with Chris, glam Lady V was devastated to be torn from his side during the second week’s eviction.

So imagine her feelings when Vicky heard how good pal Soph had shed her Shane obsession and moved in on her man!

Well, leaving LA behind for another flight out to Fiji, Victoria has now landed and is primed for a punch up, as producers engineer a sneaky meeting in the Secret Suite between herself and the unsuspecting Sophie!

Can you just imagine the look on her face when we say, ‘Voila, here’s Vicky?!’

Looks like the love of the century is off already as Chris has dumped Sophie:

Dumped and deluded

The unthinkable has happened! Chris has dumped sulky Sophie and escaped with his life.
After brooding over his lack of love for the model, and continuing his flirtation with Colleen, Chris decided to tackle Sophie with the bad news.
Plucking up courage during a man-to-man chat with Brendan, Brosnan Jr confessed: “It’s tough. It was cool and it was like, ‘yeah, let's see how it goes’. But if you ain’t feeling it you’ve got to be honest and don't want to keep leading her on.
“For a week we've been hanging out but it’s been too needy, too soon and too much.”
But while Brendan agreed with his friend’s feelings, he did have some reservations. “Just bear one thing in mind,” he pleaded with the heartbreaker, “Shane… crying.”
So Chris resolved to break it to her gently - the very next morning.
Sitting alone at the breakfast table, Chris made his move and admitted his true feelings to The Anderton. But to Chris’ surprise the stropster meekly agreed, claiming she had been feeling the same.
“That’s cool.“ Sophie breezed, “I’m feeling a bit the same. I would rather just chill it till we get out and actually see what happens.
“I have been feeling uncomfortable. I just want to have fun there is two weeks to go.”
Amazed, Chris gave her a huge hug before winking at a watching Brendan and saying: “That is funny how you are feeling that as well!”
But nothing comes for free and ‘cool’ Sophie did have one condition for their shockingly amicable break-up. “Let’s keep this to ourselves and away from that lot. I'm sick of them knowing everything,” she pleaded - before running off to make sure her side of the story was heard first.
Catching up with Colleen and Bianca she said: “I don't want Kelle to know… Chris and I have decided that our friendship is worth more than TV, we both felt really uncomfortable and it was too many things playing on my mind.
“That is our decision. We will still be hugging and that is it. I have already been on a long enough journey in here.”
Not quite so ‘cool’ then…

Kate Lawler is entering Love Island tomorrow night (Monday)

Sophie hates her apparently and Kate is a known flirt and doesn't tend to hold back her thoughts - this could make for interesting viewing!

(Note: I think Kate must have been offered more money considering she supposedly turned down their first off to appear)

After watching tonights show I actually felt a bit sorry for Sophie. Ok she can be a pain in the backside but the way Lady V behaved I mean come on ladies were is your dignity, there was no need for her to throw a bottle of wine over her. Fair enough Victoria liked Chris and she did have a snog with him but she was only with him for 1 week and Sophie only dated him for 1 week 10 years ago, which doesn't give any of them rights to stake their claim on him. I can understand that Victoria was upset as she thought Sophie was a mate and mates don't go after guys if they know that one of their mates fancy them, but come on is Chris or any man for that matter worth fighting over. Then it shows her being dumped by Chris as he is planning to move on to Colleen is Victoria going to pour wine over her as well or will he change his mind and go after Kate Lawler when she enters the island.

I was thinking - when they joke that its the Sophie Anderton Show, well, aren't they the ones making it that. I mean, they put her in there with ex boyfriends, have new ex boyfriends arriving, allow Victoria into the secret room to have it out with her about Chris (which I think was probably more to do with the friendship between themselves, than about Chris himself, like you say Kath, he's not exactly a catch really is he lol) and all the things that have been happening, seem to engineer it to become the Sophie show. And now with Kate Lawler coming in (who Sophie has made it clear she doesn't like) again its trying to provoke a reaction from her....

Personally, I still think we should get her out of there.

Fair play to Brendan too - they were going on about it all day, and by the evening, I would have heard enough about it too, so I'm glad he spoke up. Shame Mr Ottway wanted to disagree yet again, like he always does. Lets have a double eviction next - Lee and Sophie.

The producers of love island should be ashamed of themselves for encouraging this freak show by continuing letting sophie being the centre of attention. Yes she was wrong to get together with Chris when she knew Victoria liked him she should have waited until they were of the island and let Chris tell victoria that he liked Sophie not have a public humiliation show just to boast veiwing figures. It takes two to tango and I can't recall anyone having forced Chris to stick his tounge down Sophie's throat so why wasn't he put into the secret room as well so that we could sit and watch him getting a slap. now that Chris has moved his affections towards Colleen I think Colleen will play Chris the same way she she played Lee and give him false hopes just to stay on the island.

I totally agree. I only occasionaly watch this mainly because of what you have just said and basically because sophie drives me mad, again beacuse of what you said, and i think itv just ruin everything again through what you said.

Presenters Ferne and Paddy obviously feel the same towards sophie as many viewers do. But this is becoming Sophie Love island. They've put people in from her past and obviously not by mistake. Chris, Abs, Paul, Callum, Victoria and now Kate. (These are just the ones ive seen) Why! And what happend last night no matter how much i hate sophie i think Victoria was in the wrong 90%! She is no 'Lady' to do what she did. OK so she liked chris and yeah perhpas seeing your best friend then flirty and kissing it can be hard, but if that were me id just rise above it and get over it and then just either ditch them both when they got out or had it out with them then. Sophie should have realised and stepped back not hurting or getting in the way of her friend but this girl obviously doesnt have a very big brain. Also its a bit odd how they got closer as soon as Shane left and she didnt really seem to bothered when he decided to slow thing down and just be friends.

I think itv will get a lot of stick for what happend because they knew what Victoria was going to do and knew how she was feeling. Its like they've shoved Sophie in a small cage and thrown everything at her for the world to see. I'm sure if it were anyone else (Or the other way round) people would be going mad. What is tv coming to! Its stupid!

Exactly Jess. And with all of Sophies history, I think its wrong of ITV to put her in this position. I wouldn't be surprised if her solicitors were having a good look through the paperwork at the moment as it is starting to be very victimising and as much as I dislike her, the amount of stuff they've put her through is going a bit far and a lot of her previous hang ups could resurface after what she has been through. I still don't like her, but no one should be put through this, no matter who they are.

Watching at the moment and I think they have been totally unfair on Brendan (the producers) by showing the rest of them, his comments.

All of them have made comments about each other behind their backs and to show them what Brendan said, was totally unfair and uncalled for.

Though it is going to be interesting to see how they react to him when he comes back from the love shack.

Yeah your right about sophie, i mean is till dont liek her but its wrong how she is being treated.

Didnt see them showing the others what brenden said but yeah thats not fair. They are deliberatly singling people out and they are hoping for tension and fights and they will get it but soon it will be more than they expected and they will get in trouble for it. They want big over dramatic behaviour to gain viewers but its not the way to do it by deliberatly messing up people's lives. Brenden and Sophie probably would feel reall uncomfortable and low and the producers dont have the rights to make them feel like that. They put Paul back in this year knowing what happend last year that he was the centre of the arguments, most people would think no we wont put him back in incase something really bad happens, but not them they think oh yeah we'll put him back in so he'll boil over and we'll get great ratings not matter what danger others are put in. Its uncalled for and stupid!

I was a Brendan fan and wanted him to win but now that Sophie has partnered herself with him no way also the fact that Lee throw one punch and Brendan punched back six was bad. I really wished the fight was recorded. Bianca seems jealous and miffed that Calum is not interested anymore and that she is not partnered with him for god sake Leo came back didn't she want him. Anyway i hope Kelle and Chris win.

So sophie the whinging windbag has gone :cheer: :cheer: although I do thing the editing of the programme has had a lot to do with her not winning. But after watching the character assisnation that so called celebrities gave Bianca about her weight and what she eats. I hope she wins. They should be totally ashamed of themselves saying that she eats too much, she is a young and beautiful young woman who should be proud of her figure and should be congratulated for showing that you can eat normal food and still have a georgous body, and those who have had a go at bianca should take a good look at themselves and have a good long think because what they have said about bianca as this will have a detromental and adveres effect on young girls as it will stick in their minds, and they may think they are over weight and fat when they are not they are beautiful and healthy

I can't believe Sophie has gone, what's that about?? Yes, she was annoying as hell but she was rather entertaining!! Saying that though, it must of been hard for the public voting, they are both nice. I like Kelly as well.

ok final tonight who will win i have to say only Kate and Calum i find entertaining now and wouldn't mind seeing them win. It would probably be unfair since they weren't there for the beginning. Calum's face when Kelle said she was attracted to him was priceless. Kelle has really gotten on my nerves as of late. Poor Bianca she has a fabulous figure the nerve of Alicia considering the way she looks bloody awful.

How on earth did Kelle come second?! Shes celibate, she doesnt kiss anyone, yet she goes on Love Island and comes second?! What is wrong with that picture!!

I would have loved for Kate and Calum to win, they were great, though I'm not surprised that Bianca won it. Was starting to go off her though. I really felt for her after the Bride of Frankenstein said that she was a cupcake short of obesity (that "woman" really needs to take a good look at herself!!) but she started to seem almost too desperate to win it!

I really enjoyed it this year though - the on screen chemistry between Fearne and Paddy was brilliant and although the ratings were low, I do hope they bring it back next year.

Anyone fancy a Soapboards Love Island?! :D

I think last years Love Island was more entertaining, this year all the girls were too nice to each other apart from LV and Sophie falling out over Chris. I don't think it was fair that Callum won as he was on the show last year, I would have preferred Chris or Brendan to win.

I'm up for a Soapboard Love Island as long as there is hunky men :rotfl:
