Corsodol and/or Oraldene mouthwash can help. I think Corsodol has some antiseptic in it too - that one is what the dentists seem to recommend

the corsodyl is fab!

is it because of a filling you may need? chemists sell something that can numb the area. but i cannor think what it is called. it worked though!

i found warmth helped mine, so i brushed teeth with warm water and for soem reason whenever i have toothache a cup of hot milky coffee always takes the pain away! dont ask why, im just wierd! :rotfl:

yep, corsodyl is wonderfully stuff!
last time my wisdom teeth were giving me gip i also got this stuff called Anbesol at Boots, which the pharmacist there recommended. its a liquid antiseptic and anesthetic which you apply to gums and teeth with your finger. quite good stuff.
