Cornish babe, I don't know where in Cornwall you're from, but when I was in Newquay last summer there was a rather good Indian place there. Er.... just thought I'd mention it! lol

Chinese all the way. Indian is far too hot for me. I'll either have Fried Chicken with Pineapple with Chicken Fried Rice, or Sweet & Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style with Chicken Fried Rice

i notice that a lot of you say indian food is spicy, but not all of it is! you can get some really mild ones like a korma, which has coconut in, and some others i can't remember the names of!!

Has to be a hot Chicken Dopiaza (or Karahi) for me. I don't really have chinese, so the only other alternative is Italian.

The problem is that curries vary greatly from one restaurant to the next. I have a list of curry houses all the way from London to Scotland that I know do excellent curries. Making me feel hungry right now ...

I like then both equally. Depending on my mood governs what I eat, so I opted for, 'I can't choose'.

I find that curries vary from place to place, so where I might be able to eat one at one restaurant - there is no way, Id be able to at another.

I dunno really.. there was only recently an Indian here (I say recently - last year :p ) but now I don't want to go in there, cause of the guy that owns it (long story :p) and well my parents aren't really into Indian.

Not true!! Whenever I order something it's never spicy.. I always have the non-spicy dishes because I can't handle it!! Just makes me feel hot and then it's like I can't take this any more lol.. There's plenty of Indian food which are not spicy!! :)

Years ago it was next to impossible to get an indian over here.. it was all chinese.. Indian is not as popular here. When I went to England I found it hard to find a chinese takeaway.. that suprised me a lot. In Ireland when we say we are going for a Curry it is always chinese..

We have too many fast food resturants in the local town. Two chicken places, two kebab houses, two fish and chip shops, one or two indians and three chineses.
