There was a lot of great monsters in this seris but I thought that the cybermen were preety impresive! Also The clockwork robots were pretty good to! What do you all think? :hmm:

The daleks and cybermen win hands down!! I loved the Cybermen in the Rise of the Cybermen two part story and i loved both the daleks and cybermen in Army Of Ghosts/Doomsday.

I have to say I was most scared by the clockwork robots. It's probably because I hate masks especially when I don't know who or what's behind them. The cybermen and darleks didn't do to bad on the scare-factor either :)

Daeliks because well there the best but the werewolf in tooth and claw was good also i think. I dont know if he was a monster but i liked K9.

The Daleks are still the best but I also agree with big bro fan that the werewolf was pretty good as it was a bit different
