Exercise! It really does work as it speeds up your metabolism so you burn off calories and fat quicker. I go to the gym or go running/power walking a few times a week, and it really works.
Also checking food labelling and dont eat food that contains over 5% fat per 100g. That means you will loses vital inches quicker. You will see the good results within a few (3/4) weeks.
Hope that helps, if you want to lose weight at a quicker rate than above then I'd be very careful!

:) To lose weight you just need to eat less and as already been said less fat, hard fat is the worst for putting on weight,hard fat is in chocolate,biscuits,cakes,doughnuts etc. If you wont to lose weight quick for a special occasion only, use the cabbage diet, but not for more than a week,as you will lose weight dramaticly. If you lose weight quick you will find it will go back on just as quick. You need to aim to lose 3 to 5 lbs a week maximum, for it to stay off. I have lost 5 and a half stone,but it took a year, I stopped dieting since march, but watch my diet and the weight has stayed off. Good luck

Oh Hazey how does the cabbage diet work that sounds great even though i hate cabbage :sick: but no pain no gain so i am up for anything.

Oh my mate has just told me to mention to drink plenty of water because sometimes you can mistake hunger for dehydration. Your body is needing more fluid. So when hungry drink a large glass of water. That should fill you up and stop the hunger. Only downside is that you maybe visiting the loo alot more! lol

:) :) you can google it, all you eat is bowls and bowls of cabbage soup, did it years ago,but I am sure the recipe is on google I lost 10 lbs in a week
Most of the weight loss on the cabbage diet is due to dehydration. Not too healthy, but as its only recommended for 7 days you should be fine.
I find exercise works the best as #i am able to keep my weight how i like it and have a rather unhealthy appertite when it comes to eating! Find a sport that you really enjoy doing as it makes exercise alot more fun. I go ice skating (2 or 3 times a wekk)which is great fun but is fantastic exercise (better exercise than the gym)

you should start eating breakfast if you dont already cos eating breakfast speeds up your metabolism

The atkins diet is quite good short term too, just avoid carbs for a week or two - but make sure you eat lots of fruit, veg, meat/fish/chicken and eggs.
