Jimmy King is leaving.

Dr Adam is leaving.

..and worst of all; Steph Stokes (Lorraine Chase) is leaving too.

The latter will be a huge loss to the show.

I knew about Adam leaving and suspected (or rather hoped) that Steph would go to:cheer:
I'm not shocked about Jimmy as I had a slight feeling that he maybe leaving, after the you know what, the character won't really have any where left to go, plus there have been a few signs here and there. A bit sad to see him go, as he contributes to some of the humour.
At this rate there will be no one left in the soap, as is the case with the other soaps. Guess it is that time of year when they either renew or quit.

Well I'm glad Psycho Steph is going. Whilst her character was well played by Lorraine Chase its becoming a bit farcical. This is the woman who drugged her father and nearly killed him. Swindled him out of a shedload of money and horror of horrors sold off his precious Dalesman motorcycle. Not satisfied with that she teams up with Dr Jekyll and gets involved in the murder of her child molesting brother.

Anyway where does she get all those clothes from.:confused:

Lorraine will be a great loss to the show, but I think they've gone as far as they can with the character, shes done every form of evil imaginable, and for her to continue in a small Yorkshire village would mean repetitive storylines. She will always be one of Emmerdale's most memorable characters, but now it is time to move on.

Well on the emmerdale website they had an interview with Doctor Adam and he says that he thinks that he will be back soon.

And not forgetting Cain Dingle is soon to depart. He's got a storyline coming up with Jasmine (Debbie's ex), and it looks like our suspicions have been confirmed.

I just knew that Jasmine would end up Preggy, another excellent storyline to come:)
